I have been seeing Dr. Willing as needed for more than 20 years. I'm taking the time to write this…read morereview because I want to. I am not paid or compensated by Willing Family Chiropractic in any way. In addition to myself, Dr. Willing has helped many members of my family through the last close to 25 years. I have no idea what the 1 star review was about, but I have never had an issue with payments, in fact I have found Dr. Willing and his staff to be more than flexible with patients who receive care there. Beyond this, Dr. Willing and Dr. Bri have both worked on me. I have been to two other chiropractic offices in the area, and both were sub-par experiences when compared to the care and attention I receive at Dr. Willing's office. Dr. Willing and Dr. Bri don't just rely on fancy equipment to treat patients, they do it themselves and I value the quality of a provider knowing for themselves that things are going as planned, instead of assuming that an indirect intervention did what it was supposed to. They also won't try to sell you on the latest gimmicks and gadgets to make a dollar. I like knowing that whatever intervention is recommended is because the Dr.'s have observed improvements in actual patients in the their office. When you walk into a place and they tell you that you need a series of injections and an expensive home equipment setup before they have even done an assessment on you, well you get the idea. The old idea that chiros are a rip off because they want to milk you for visits is not the case here. You'll get the treatment you need to address your issue and then it's up to you how much you want to visit after that. I have never been pressured to visit more than is needed. I have been in for injuries I got as a firefighter, doing yard work, and jiu jitsu, among the other things that come with walking upright on two legs. All have been resolved successfully with the help of Dr. Willing. If you're in Chattanooga and need chiropractic care, this is the place. I'm not saying there aren't other good chiro's in the area, but if you want the sure thing, you found it.
