I came in on October 5th and got a fill done by Andy. Exactly 4 weeks later, all my nails were still in tack and none had fallen off!!! This was my indication on how I knew Andy was going to be my go to person for any full sets or fills. You can see his work from my pic and the date I came in for that fill. So I came in on Nov 2 to get a fill cause it was definitely time. The guy who did my fill was very nice and got it done super fast. Sadly, apparently Andy was on vacation, so someone else did my fill. I said fine I'll settle for whoever else can do my nails because I was desperate and no one could tell me when Andy was coming back. The only problem is that exactly 9 days(Nov 11) after my fill, my thumb and middle finger on my left hand already has came off. The shape was not what I wanted at all. He just followed the shape of how the acrylics grew out after 4 weeks. Please see the attached photos with date and time stamps. I had to cut down my index finger on my left hand cause I can't type for work with two acrylics off and the finger in the middle is long as heck Also, side note, my thumb and middle fingers came off from the ends of my fingernails, not from lifting at the cuticle either... just terrible. I called again today 11/14/21 to see if someone can tell me a date when Andy was coming back and the owner could not tell me a date and started stuttering and telling me to come in tomorrow for them to fix it. I'm being generous and giving them 2 stars because Andy is absolutely amazing. I will only come back here if Andy ever comes back. I'm not sure if the "he's on vacation" is true or if he really left the salon. If he did, and someone knows what salon he went to, please help me out and tell me!!! They are a bit over priced, and the lady who did my pedicure on 11/2 did not shape my toes properly. They're all crooked lol. Oh well, time for a new salon I guess. read more

This place used to be so great but the quality and the customer service is declining, I'm assuming with more business coming. It seems the busier, they've become the more rude and up charge based on who you're working with. I used to go with the same lady for months and she would tell me everyone there is envious and how they get paid more for a pedicure + manicure rather than just one, so if they only give you one service it'll most likely be rushed and bad quality. I decided to switch ladies for this specific reason. I got one service, and she was rude and my nails chipped the next day. I would get the same service every two weeks, same price. Until the 3rd lady I worked with told me my powder set doesn't come with trimming cuticles and that would be an extra 15, so I'm spending 45 for literally just the powder. When I would always spend 90 total for the gel pedicure and powder set INCLUDING a manicure. The whole salon kind of just has a hostile environment. Again used to be great but just a lot more riff raff coming so they gave up. read more

oh. my. GOD. this place is fantastic. i'm visiting my mom from Seattle and we wanted a fun mother daughter outing. i found this place here on yelp, and i'm so glad i did! our pedicures were.... honestly the best i've ever had. and i've had a lot! Dora, who did my pedicure, did an outstanding job. i got the candle oil pedicure, and she massages my feet and legs for about 20 minutes. it was absolute HEAVEN. i fell asleep!! it didn't feel like a pedicure, it felt like a true massage. i also got a full set done, and the gentleman who did my nails was amazing. i didn't get his name, but i showed him a reference photo of what i wanted and he really took his own spin on it, and i'm in love. please support them, they are really doing the best job. thank you to the entire staff for making this outing with my mom so memorable! read more

Amazing service. Everyone here is super friendly and always does an awesome job. I am happy that I found my forever new nail salon.

I've been salon surfing to try and find my fit and I think I did today. I called ahead to make sure they could take me. I was close so I got there in 5 minutes they took me right in. The shop is clean and beautiful. I got a fill and she took her time they are perfect. I will definitely be going back. Next time I'll try a pedicure they were advertising some awesome looking ones. Everyone is amazing here. I love this place. The best nail salon that I have ever been at. The service is outstanding. Ann, Nathan, Kim, Lemon, and Amy are the best! read more

I went in for a pedicure - no polish. Just wanted someone to clean up my toes. I typically do it myself but man what a crappy job. The man that did it took less than 2 minutes per foot, gave me a "massage" and that was that. All for $27 - I was there for less than 15 min total. I am flabbergasted. read more

I started going to this place a few months ago, and I absolutely love this place. The staff is so nice and so pleasant and welcomed my family and I. Mrs. Ann the owner is also so nice, I made it a priority to get to know all the technicians and now they all know me. They make sure you leave feeling relaxed and pleased with the service you received. Good customer service is so hard to find now days but you will get the best service here, I have never left disappointed. Needless to say don't listen to the bad reviews. Experience it for yourself, before basing others opinions on yours. Thank you so much for the best pedicures of my life. *heart emoji* read more

I don't usually post negative reviews but I feel obligated to share this experience. My daughter is getting married this weekend so I needed to get a manicure and pedicure. I selected a salon that had a 4 star rating because I wanted to make sure my nails look nice for the special event. The problem is the nail technician that did my pedicure tore skin off my toe leaving me with a very painful sore that is not going to be easy to hide without changing the shoes I had planned to wear. Now going from open-toe to closed-toe shoes means I have to go out and purchase a pair of shoes that will compliment my dress and putting my foot in a closed-toe shoe is painful due to the sore she created. Additionally, the dip color they put on my fingernails does not match the one I had for my toes even though it was part of a matching set - so now my fingernails don't match my dress. Way too pink!! I will never go back to this place and I would not recommend this salon to anyone. read more

i've been here a few times, usually with my mom so she knows and chooses who we go to but this time i went with a friend so it was definitely a little bit different. we walk in an were greeted, asked for pedicures and then got to pick my color, normal routine. we got seated immediately before we could even sit down lol, someone instantly started working on my friends pedicure which was great but i waited around 10 minutes before i got someone which is okay but a bit annoyed because the water was already cold at that point and why seat me if someone isn't going to start working on me immediately? anyways kimmy comes and everything is going smoothly until she uses the stick for under the toes, i understand what has to be done but she was very aggressive at one point and hurt me, she apologized but continued with the same pressure. the work was great but i just think she has to either slow down or use less pressure, none the less great job! she's also one of the first people to listen to my requests and manages to our do herself! after we finish our pedicures i follow kimmy to remove my acrylics, off the bit she's trying to take off my acrylics with another unused acrylic which is something that should never be done. if that's what she was going to do i would have just done it myself. so i let her know i'd like them drilled off, she was hesitant but did so. after, everything went smoothly, we paid and left. read more

It was my first time there, I made an appointment got there on time the host was very pleasant, greeted and walked me to my pedicure with Nancy she was awesome, then moved to Andy he was awesome with the nails. I will be going back there. The salon is very pretty cool ambiance will recommend. read more

The first time I had came to this store I waited an hour and a half to even be put in a chair then another half an hour to due my toes, after telling the girl who was doing my toes that I wanted to make a little change with my nails she rejected my request. So I gave a second chance to this store making an appointment this time at 1pm for fill for nails and lashes they took my appointment and I showed up on time and they had assisted those without appointment first then got to me telling me to wait. They asked me what I wanted and I told them and they replied okay just wait a few more minutes at this time it is now 1:30pm as well as telling me after they took my appointment that they don't do lashes anymore even thought it's still promoting on slides on the as well as pamphlets the female up front was rude as well. read more

I'm from Las Vegas and had the pleasure of stumbling on this shop by accident. I desperately needed some post quarantine TLC for my feet and I was very pleased with the service and experience I received. First off, the salon is super clean and spacious. The technician gave an amazing pedicure and the sugar scrub was very relaxing. The attention to detail and their above and beyond post-COVID sanitation cleanliness were much appreciated. I felt very safe receiving salon services here. I added an eyebrow wax afterwards and was very pleased with those results as well. Thank you! read more

Don't waste your time making an appointment for your preferred nail tech. I show up for my appointment time to be told I have to wait an hour. Poor customer service at its finest..... read more

Nail shop is a great location. However, if you book an appointment you have to wait 20 plus minutes before your appointment. Ridiculous to over book customers and have them wait. read more

2nd worst experience ever. 0 social distancing protocols, even when plenty of opportunity was available. Nail clippings on the bar from prior client and 0 attempt to clean it up before starting on mine. Not sure about the other nail techs but mine had no interest in asking what I wanted, was aggressively filing my natural nails and then soaked them so long, she pulled one of them completely off and blamed it on my thin nails . Are you kidding me??? I've had my nails dipped every two weeks for over two years now and none of my other experiences resulted in my natural nail being pulled off. She then asked if I wanted her to put an artificially tip on it. . Nope!!! Wanted some respect shown for my natural nails, which were quite long. Then came the 7 dips between the natural and color I selected . I have never had more than 3 dips, even with my thin nails . Needless to say, never going back. read more

I will not go to another salon for my nails! The customer service here is the best of any where and their product last the longest and looks so good I have had other nail techs in other salons comment on it! 10/10 here every time! read more

I've gone multiple times and they always do a great job! They are usually busy but the wait time is not bad.

Nice place with elegant chandeliers but terrible service. Selected the ultimate deal and had to remind the girls of the services given in the package due to 3 of the workers more concerned with talking to each other then their customers. In order to get your attention they tap your leg to move versus speaking to you. Work on your customer service skills and not bicker over your next customer for more tips. read more

I'm so glad that I found this nail salon! The inside is super clean and chic. I am always happy with my nails and well do they do the designs on my nails! Our 1st time trying this new place. The inside is so spacious, vaulted ceilings, big windows, beautiful glass chandeliers. So updated from those smaller nail salons that really love the color beige. Came to see my friend for the weekend (after 8 weeks of quarantine!) Needed some lovin on my feet and literally had the BEST pedicure of my life! I highly recommend this place read more

The first time I came here was a month ago and everything was great. The place was clean, they attended to me quick so I decided to come again hoping this would be my nail spot. I recently went and made an appointment and was seen 45 min later. What's the point in making an appointment if they wont take you at that time. People make appointments because they have other things going on, especially if you have kids and can't be gone that long. The lady who did my pedicure was rough and hurt my nails a few times. When she started using the callus remover she was rough on my toes and she cut me bad. I felt a burn and saw it was bleeding. She put some antibacterial blue liquid on it and some gel over and over but it kept bleeding. I was worried because of infection. I feel like they take on too many people where they are rushing trying to finish and get to the next person. I won't be coming back here. read more

They always do a good job! All their nail technicians know what they are doing and are very professional. Yesterday I went to Tru Touch Salon at 99th and Lower Buckeye and I hated the results. Today this location was nice enough to fix my nails. Very nice lady she didn't have to but I am so thankful with her that she allowed me to get them fixed there at no charge. Beautiful salon, never long wait times and prices are decent. Love this place read more

Absolutely love this nail salon. They have plenty of options! They are clean and did a great job!

Nice set up. My tech was one of the good guys. They lasted for a long time and because I got gel they looked great the whole time. Just make sure you ask for a good technician because my daughter didn't have the same experience. It'll be worth the wait. read more

I used to love going here, but the last time I went I got toe nail fungus from them. My friend also recently went last week and also got toe nail fungus from here. That's on two different occasions! It's disgusting and not sanitary. I do not recommend going here unless they do something about their sterilization, because our toes are no longer suckable :( read more

I have been coming to this salon for quite some time and I love my nail tech, however every time I come the owner or someone else is eating at the front counter. I understand that they get hungry working long days but I'm sure there is any area in the back where they can eat. Walking around with a bowl and spoon eating throughout the salon is just rude. Apparently they don't understand the concept of service etiquette. You are a customer facing business so you can't be eating while trying to provide service. I do understanding having water/coffee to drink in between clients but a full on meal and snacks-NO! read more

Best service they do a great job place is well cleaned and very nice people I just moved to the area and I definitely found a great salon!

Thought I had an okay experience, got a manicure, pedicure and eyebrow wax. As my pedicure grew out I noticed a dark spot on my toenail. I got fungus, after years of going to nail salons I've never contracted a fungus. I take pride in my feet and now don't even want to show them. Extremely pissed, Will not be back. read more

Might be the time of day, but it was quiet and peaceful and I'm a sucker for a salon that plays soft rock & old school r&b. New to Goodyear, NEW to Arizona have been to a few different salons on visits to family but took my time with this cuz I wanted some place I could see myself coming back to on the regular- think I found it. HOPE I DID. Everyone polite, the lavender scrub, foot massage and pedicure wonderful. Would wanna see what's it's like on a weekend but at the same time I wouldnt. Really is a wonderful atmosphere. And right for the price. 35.00 for lavender scrub pedi. - includes the callus remover. read more

to say i'm disappointed is an understatement, if i could give 0 stars i would. i was a walk in & was hoping to get a halloween set. just a simple french tip with spider webs. i was sat with kimmy & she was okay with her service. i like to believe at first she was genuinely trying with my right hand pinky & very quickly gave up on the quality of her work with the rest of the set. i did have a inspo picture which of course i knew it wouldn't be the exact same but this is just far from what i wanted. the line work is absolutely horrible & i have no words for the "french tips". my nails are not straight either! they are all either crooked or cut at a slant?! i payed $85 for this set & i think it's completely a waste of money. i did not complain while being there because i was tired & upset i just wanted to leave. also to add i was also cut on my pointer finger & while letting the matte gel cure my fingers were BURNING!! i mean completely on fire. will not be returning & i will not recommend. you will be absolutely wasting your time & money. i will be leaving the photos of my nails from as soon as i got home & the inspo picture. read more

I tried this place based upon all the great reviews everyone has left. I went in for a pedicure and eyebrow wax. No one but 1 of the employees there spoke or understood English which left a huge communication barrier between me and the tech. The tech cut up my toes from filing and 1 day after along the cuticle line hits and above my to nail it hurts. After I got my pedicure I had my eye brows done and I think the pictures will sum up my dissatisfaction. I had to tell her that she missed hairs and I didn't like it but like I mentioned she couldn't understand me as I couldn't understand her. 1day after, I've formed bumps all over my forehead and around my eyebrows. I grew out my eyebrows to look like it has no shape. She didn't even cut my long hairs. Idk if the person was new or what but I left not happy. Not once did I feel welcomed. The "managers" never once checked in to see if things were going well. Good luck with this place. Tons of good reviews on manicures this. read more

Service is fine , But they are not taking the necessary precautions at all.. not even 6 feet apart .. overly crowded .. the manager was literally in my face not wearing a mask! They should have interest in customers safety! I will no longer be going to this spa . I will be contacting the board in behalf so they can get further help since they are not doing their job in SAFETY! P.s clean before and after a customer sits down .. read more
