My renters were shocked that they arrived so fast and had the AC going in no time. What helps with any appliance service company is that you also get their bi yearly check up service contract so they can trouble shoot any problems they see in the future. I frankly think they are the best in the Marathon area. We had a problem with the other company where two years after a repair they called me and said they forgot to bill me...2 years later and wanted to be paid! This was long before online banking so would have taken me HOURS to track down if there was a bill, then check to see if it was paid, or not... I'll stick with Dana's Thank you!

In my particular case, they use the wrong thermostat in repairing one of my refrigeration units at my restaurant which resulted in me not able to adjust the temperature of the machine in question. I discover the problem several days after the repair was done and after I had paid in full for what resulted to be a "shoddy" repair. This company bolsters they have been in business since 1992 well my restaurant has been in business since 1980 and this is the first time an incident like this happens to me. If you are reading this review you will be better off calling a different company to do your refrigeration repair if you don't want to find yourself dealing with mediocre workmanship, lousy customer service and inferior- low grade parts.

They were supposed to come out on a Friday and were given specific instructions to call first for entry. I received no call and no one showed. I called back and was told someone knocked and when no one answered, they left. Clearly, listening is a problem. They showed the following week and told me my coil needed to be cleaned which costs $600. I was not present and this was demonstrated my shaking out my air filter in my kitchen. Really? I never got video of the coil. My mistake for not asking. I was told the job was done and system had been flushed and was clean. I was told there was no water in the pan. Within 24 hours my condo association called and said it was still leaking and there was water in my pan. I drove down from Miami to check this out. The condo was right and i was able to verify my AC is the problem. I called SBC again. They showed at the end of the day on Monday after i left to go back to Miami and told me there is no leak and all is well. Ridiculous. The water was there all weekend and in the morning. i paid $600 for a flushing and coil cleaning i may or may not have needed. My condo association is now charging me to have it done by them. Are they lazy or incompetent at SBC? i don't know. ES
