He said that it's normal to have these cracks and the wood expands and contracts, creating cracks. They have a repair kit that they can order, but that's about it. I should not have to order a repair kit for new cabinets. Some of the doors don't match up and I have to re-install the hinges to make them right, because the adjustments still aren't enough. They come out of a factory like this, how can they let that slide? I contacted the manufacturer and they ended up replacing 2 doors, but they really should replace all of the damaged doors. Andy and 21st Century cabinets do NOT stand by their product at all and now we've spent thousands of dollars and are stuck with cracked cabinets.

When problems were encountered, problems were fixed. An example: once we installed a new oven in the kitchen we realized that we would have to do without a favorite built-in spice cabinet. Robbie came up with ingenious fix requiring some custom carpentry so that the spice rack did not disappear but became an integral of the whole. Anthony, our renovation expert, was our first contact with A to Z. He encouraged us not to give up on what we wanted the project to look like even though other renovators had told us it was impossible to do. He also offered to answer any questions we might have along the way. Then there's Shevy, the permit and insurance coordinator. She dealt with the necessary paperwork and kept the inspectors at bay so we did not have to deal with those headaches. And last but not least, Mario, the site manager, who was there every day, hands-on, always professional and pleasant. On that note, the entire team seemed to like one another and treated us and each other with a refreshing degree of decency and consideration. I was a serious buyer, but 4 hours away, and not willing to spend 8 hours of my time to save this guy the 5 minutes it would take him to measure the cabinets. I wouldn't recommend doing any business with this clown who is too lazy to measure the dimensions of the cabinets he's selling. I am disappointed in the time I wasted to even message him, only to get blocked when I rightfully called him out for his asinine sense of entitlement to expect me to drive 8 hours so he didn't have to spend 5 minutes using a tape measure, to think that level of laziness is being exhibited by someone who does this for a living is unconscionable.
