It was so hard to keep up with the mess and pet fur especially with a new baby in the house. I was on the fence of getting a cleaner but am so glad I did. I have it scheduled for every two weeks and look forward to the days they come and clean. Shout out to Team Luz for always doing such an amazing job!!

I chose this company because of the great reviews, and unfortunately, my experience was highly…read moredisappointing. I booked Spekless a month ago for a deep cleaning. I live in a 3 level townhome. The cleaning was booked for just the main and top floors, but was still over $300, including $30 for an oven cleaning. I'll start with the positive- customer service and communication was great - responsive and friendly. I was told the deep cleaning would take up to 3 hours. I was home to greet the cleaners and left my husband home while I ran an errand. My husband called literally an hour later and said they were done. I rushed home to check the work and found visible mold/ dirty in the shower, which is the ENTIRE reason I called a professional service. My stove cleaning was also not completed. I reported what I found to customer service and sent pictures. They apologized and scheduled for the cleaners to return - TWICE. They canceled each time, and in the end, never returned. I was granted a $30 refund for my oven and $20 credit for my next service. I would NOT recommend this company and will not return to book any additional services. Beware. UPDATE 9/29/26: Spekless Cleaning contacting me after my original review and offered a complimentary cleaning - including an oven cleaning. Yes, it would've been great to receive the proper service the first time around, but I truly appreciate their efforts in finding a resolution and it showed how much they value the opinions of customers. I'm adding 2 more stars to my review.

I was most impressed by the amount of time and effort spent scrubbing all of the bathroom and kitchen surfaces, restoring them to a level of clean like the day we moved in (3 years prior). During my move out walkthrough, even the inspector said the apartment was spotless and that Mary did a phenomenal job. I was also blown away by her pricing: I expected to pay much more given the quality of the job and the time and effort she and her assistant put in. I've had prior cleaners who charged more for half the job and half the quality. I absolutely recommend Mary and her team! (I've been telling all of my friends in the area about her) 5 stars!
