I was planning to install the artificial turf on my front and backyard. Got a few estimates, most in the same price range, but I finally selected to work with Juan from TrueShine, as I like the turf sample that they showed me (desert rye, looks real, not very plastic like). Some other companies did not show me samples. A few did. Their price was not the lowest but it was at the low end. Juan was very professional and efficient. For the first two days, they only had 3 guys. On the 3rd day, Juan's son and another guy came to finish the job. They did a very careful and detail work. Digging, demolishing, putting base, leveling, putting weed bearer, and finally nailing in the turf. All works were very detail. I would highly recommend them. read more

Poor communication and professionalism. They tried to make more money by performing other work such as hardscape and artificial lawns but should have stayed with simple landscape maintenance. They provided me with a quote only to ghost me when I brought up a discrepancy. Strange thing was that the discrepancy was fixed and THEN they stopped all communication - emails, texts, and phone calls were ignored. They didn't hesitate to return calls and texts when they didn't know it was me so no excuses could get them out of this one.
