It was not an easy installation, since the masonry wall surface it would attach to was not quite vertical. The supporting iron had to be channeled into the masonry to provide a proper vertical installation. Cano was up to this task, and the installed gate is vertical, swings freely, and latches securely. He was fairly priced, and despite the project likely running well over his original time estimate, he continued on until the job was completed flawlessly. Anthony the owner, is letting me know I will need to pay $200 on top of the almost $10,000 I already spent on this "quality" fence to fix the gate clasp that has already had bolts fall off and is hanging off the fence. This fence is never slammed shut or used improperly, yet he is arguing that it is and therefore will only fix it if I pay an additional $200. He came out once because after a few months, the gate door was already not aligning to close properly-- but now another faulty part and he does not want to fix it. He claims that even once single slam from wind can cause the latch to break and therefore his faulty product will cost you $200 to fix on a brand new fence! This is a blame the customer company, never just a mistake on their behalf on quality or maybe a rushed installation! Very bad customer service and extremely unethical practice. I know we all need to make a living at the end of the day, but this is outright greedy after the dollar amount I had already spent on this fence. Find another company unless you wish to spend a large dollar sum and have zero coverage or warranty on poor parts after the fact.

This was on a Saturday afternoon, so I was impressed with his punctuality, a rarity these days across the board. We set a date/time and again, he was right here, on time, with a proactive text alert on his ETA. A few days later, I received a competitive quote/bid. Both my neighbor and I agreed Vinyl Pro was the preferred choice for our "good neighbor" fence project. The existing wood fence had been virtually destroyed by termites. A couple weeks later, before the Holidays, foreman Tony visited for a final field/project inspection and to procure a deposit (approximately 50%). Again, Tony was on time per agreement and sent an ETA text ... yes, punctuality and communication are important to me, so this was very comforting. Installation was promised on January 5th, 2026 and again, I was sent a text from the installation crew Joe and Cruz that they were on the way that morning.
