They did a great job with the repairs and placing the turf back just the way it was before they started. I also had them clean my turf. Now it looks good as New. When they replaced the fence (between us and our neighbor), they did not put the fence back in its original position, leaving a gap on the ground on our side of the fence which is very ugly. Also they undid/pulled out part of our turf (which they said went over the neighbor's side) - they did not ask for permission or talk to us ahead of time before they did this and changed our hardscape design. They just pulled it out and cut part of it. When they put the turf back, it was so uneven and poorly placed back, like they do not know what they were doing. It was now bumpy and not of the same height as the other side (it was slightly curved downward prior) now it is more flat. We notified our neighbors about this but nothing was done to fix it. This company is very unprofessional and would not recommend.

Not to mention newly installed drainage under artificial grass for my dog to enjoy!

Top notch masonry contractor. We demo'ed a small 2' x 35' retaining wall that had a pitifully…read moresmall footer poured. MM came in after demo and dug a SUBSTANTIALLY larger footer (this footer will outlive the house, it's a least 3 yards of concrete, over 10,000 lbs). MM built up a replacement block wall, with rebar and filled with concrete, as the original wall was supposed to have but was lacking. They performed all of the work in unfortunately some of the worst outdoor conditions we've seen - schedule wise it just so happened to be a heat wave of temps in the +105 in La Mesa, and would cool off over the weekend only to heat back up again during the week. Banged it out in a couple weeks, responsive to phone calls...wont hesitate to call for next round of masonry work needed.

Mario Orozco is a true professional. He gave me a fair and reasonable estimate on the repairs and explained in detail how the repairs would take place. He ended up demoing a 6 foot wall for me and a concrete counter top. He repaired and reinforced a retaining wall and replaced and added fencing that needed to be completed. Mario was there each and every day to explain and answer my questions. His guys were careful during the demo and always made sure the work area was cleaned up. In fact, Mario and his crew did such a good job, I hired him for a second job that involved ripping out part of my concrete patio and repouring to fix a separation in the existing concrete. Mario was so courteous and easy to work with I felt like I knew someone on the inside. If I need anything repaired or created, this is the guy I am going to.

They were our fourth concrete company that came for an estimate. The first was shady, the other two ghosted us and didn't send an actual estimate, so Dazcon was our choice. They were priced very right too. Our existing concrete was done during a flip and complete trash. We also wanted to extend the patio line and have the rest of the yard graded for turf. They answered the call right away, told me they'd get back to me with a date for an estimate. Danny's son came for the estimate and we got the quote the same evening. Work scheduled for the following week. Day 1: Showed up early and demo was started. Day 2: Showed up early and demo/grading/side form complete. Day 3: Rebars and concrete pour completed. Day 4: Forms removed I wish all contractors were as quick without sacrificing quality as they do. Danny and his team are stand up men. They are diligent in making sure the slope of the concrete is correct and the proper drainage is in place. Proof is in the photos. We will forever use and refer Dazcon for all concrete needs!! We needed a bunch of old mis-match concrete demolished and new concrete poured in our La Mesa backyard. Estimates ranged from absolutely ridiculous to cheap but the quote delivered by someone you wouldn't want to wash your car. When Adrian Sr and Adrian Jr showed up, I was immediately impressed by their approach to the situation. Knowledgeable and experienced, they walked through our project and pointed out all the things that would need to be done, and all the other things that would make the finished product even better. After I had already had 8 other estimates, I had a good idea of what needed to be done but when Adrian Sr pointed out other little touches I knew he was the guy. So of course would ask if he could do this or that little touch and he said "no problem" and better than that, after I had the estimate, he still didn't add to the price for little things that would make the overall project look better. Ok, so the estimate...I was expecting a price in a particular range because I had so many previous estimates, but wow, was I surprised. Adrian's promised a superior product an amazing price. Did they deliver? They sure did. As promised project, on time, and looks amazing. These guys are hard workers and professionals in every aspect. Communication was amazing and they didn't get upset when we needed to make little changes after slept on our thoughts. I HIGHLY recommend Adrian's for any/all your concrete work.
