The lounge area with oxygen bar was a little underwhelming, and there are only two massage chairs. These two features were definitely not the highlight of the experience. The staff team, however, was really great. They were so helpful, friendly, and welcoming. While I don't think this is something that I need to repeat, I'm glad I gave it a "go"!

Fully thinking that it would not be a today situation. But there was one sitting right there for me to book. It all felt very serendipitous and like I was supposed to be there. Once I arrived Chrissy was very helpful and helped calm my first time fears with telling me what to expect and how everything worked and it was really lovely and amazing. She has thought of absolutely everything. I had an hour float session and it was truly exactly what I needed. It got to the end and I was surprised when the music turned off because while it felt like time had passed it also didn't. I don't know if I can even put into words how nice it was to be so present and cocooned in this warmth and silence and to be all alone with nothing expected of me but to breathe and exist. I hope to return soon.

I arrived early as instructed all went as scheduled. It took me a bit to to get my body to let go and float. My neck hurt really bad for a few days after that float, so I avoided trying it again for a while. This was my second time trying the Float Spa and I've determined I really don't like it. I tried walking in with an open mind and to disregard the possibility of pain. When I walked into the pod room, I immediately noticed it wasn't cleaned very well. The first time I was there the floor had been mopped right before I went in and everything seemed pretty clean. This time the floor was definitely not cleaned & there were some hairs on it as well. There were also a couple of hairs inside of the float pod, which I pulled out before getting in. I tried to ignore it and reminded myself that I would be showering after. I looked around the walls of the pod itself, and noticed reddish-brown gunk in several areas. I honestly became too grossed out to continue and got out after being in it for probably only 10 minutes. I believe at the least it should be kept very clean. The staff seemed friendly, but there weren't any reimbursement options offered to me, so that was a bit disappointing.
