I'm gonna go ahead and give this place a four-star because every time I come in to this location…read morethe store has been me and tidy super presentable and about 90% of the items have been to my liking. and no matter what occasion it is that you are shopping for this place definitely has something that will catch your eye and maybe suitable for it. I've been shopping at Marciano not this location but Marciano in general for a very long time and can say that the quality is much better than that of 95 percent of other store targeted towards females shopping for trendy outfits. There used to be this one sales associate her name was Rachel I believe and she was amazing she may have been the assistant manager I'm not sure but regardless she was super helpful and very professional. She is no longer there but there is other associate currently that is very helpful. The only reason why am going to give ita four start and not a 5 because of the prices. They don't seem to run many sales. I have been to other locations, not in Houston, that have seemed to run more sales from time time time compared to this location. I definitely recommend the store if you're looking for an outfit to wear in the evening cocktail dress night out dinner and or any other special location. Oh and they do have SOME day to day wear as well that is practical.

It's always Quality over quantity when purchasing from Banana Republic, and their sister brands. No wonder why Athleta use to offer alterations, when I worked at BR, in River Oaks (Highland Village) we offered that as well. I'm sad that this classic offer has discontinued throughout the entire Athleta. The last location to end this sweet service was Rice village. I love the fabric of their pieces here. Everything feels amazing. I found out they had dress style pants in the same material and other stylish pieces. I always thought it was just yoga pants and sport tops. The service was friend from Celina, she was helpful and knowledgeable. All retail items are 20%Off from the original price. I really like that Athleta had additional 50%Off on the lowest ticket price! Just beware that they have items that are final sale. And the sales pieces won't be eligible for military discount.

My mother, my ten year old daughter and I decided to check this place out after having an early Mother's Day lunch down the street. When we walked in the door we were greeted first by a dog who barked at us. We aren't allergic and he didn't seem mean, so not that big of a deal. Then we are greeted by the owner. Seemed nice enough... Until she proceeded to follow us around the entire store as if we were questionable characters who might steal her entire store. When I say she followed us everywhere, I am not exaggerating. It was incredibly uncomfortable and highly offensive. We're not some seedy looking bunch so I'm not too sure why she felt the need to be so intrusive. We decided we'd had enough and the second we walked out. My mom and I both looked at each other and said, "Was she seriously just following us from room to room?!? How rude!" Unless or until a customer gives you reason to believe that they may be up to no good, it is completely unacceptable to treat them as suspect. And not to be rude (or of it IS rude, I frankly don't care after that experience), but there's not a single thing in that store that I would even care to have... Much less get arrested for!
