The team at BB was easy to communicate with and took initiative in design and the tech side for what I needed for my business. As a Type A business owner (an electrical engineer by training), I approached branding and…read moremarketing as "black magic" that my company would need to master. Curious as to who might be able to help me with this, I spoke with a number of relevant companies in the Reno area (which included buying Bill a beer). Bareknuckle immediately stood out. Working with Bill's team, there is no "black magic". They are a straightforward, pragmatic group, passionate about what they do, willing to answer any questions I have, and they took a very rational approach (with a dollop of creativity) that yielded great results for our brand. My initial impression was spot on, and I can't recommend them enough. At the very least, buy them a beer, and see if it's a fit for you!

I highly recommend Action Embroidery & Design Inc for your next custom apparel order!…read more What did they do right you might be wondering, EVERYTHING! My experience from the first call talking to the receptionist, to the proof of concept, and the final product. I ordered a custom embroidered logo that was pretty detailed containing 7 colors. I think an average logo is 3 to 5 colors. With all the colors my Winey Munkies logo came out great! Before they took the risk of just placing the embroidery on my nice Adidas polo, I received a preliminary logo on a piece of fabric just incase there needed to be any modifications. The mock logo was great and I placed the order. A couple days later I picked up my shirt after a courtesy call from the receptionist letting me know it was complete. When I picked up my shirt all the staff was super friendly and interested in my thoughts about the final product. Finding reliable screen printer and embroiderer is not an easy task if you just go through the phone book or a Google search. You can not go wrong if you choose to use "Reno's Premier Decorator of Quality Apparel Since 2000."
