He also explained why things had to be done a certain way, very knowledgeful! After getting back our refund in Feb of 2013, I went forward with getting it wired up. His price was right on with his original estimate! I had him add in a second part to the original job as well. There was no light on the back door. He added the light and, put a VERY good light electrical outlet with it as well. He was extremely professional, curtious and his work was of very high quality. Even the inspector was impressed! He did an excellent job of keeping the work area cleaned up after the job was done. There isn't a trace of him being there. He also arrived exactly on time (a little early to be exact.) Epic was called and came out twice only to tell me that it was working properly. We are faced with using space heaters, fans and a portable AC to find any relief from the cold and heat in the winter and summer, respectively. I just find it disappointing that more locally owned businesses don't stand behind their work or their product. Are we a society that focuses on greed and not quality? Nearly a month passed while the errant part wended its way towards Epic.
