There were so many things wrong with it and it was almost impossible to diagnose with all the after market add ons lacking any documentation. Then this... received the text from them about recommended service items. There were many so I decided not to have any done so I could check them out before doing anything. Text stated brown/ muddy brake fluid and recommended a flush. My picture certainly doesn't show brown/muddy. Also stated metal in the power steering fluid so ran a sample through a coffee filter and no metal there. Long story short after a phone call and going down there for the manager to a look at it he still feels his mechanic was in the right and felt the fluid was definitely dirty. Did say that brown/muddy "may" have been a little much. Bad taste in my mouth over actions and words used. Not going back and not recommending them anymore. So sad because finding a place to trust anymore is tough. Thought I found it.

I personally could have ordered the part for a little over $100. To add on to that they ran a "mandatory" diagnostic on my car even after i knew what was wrong and 100% DID NOT ask them to run. After, i decided to just replace the part myself and get my car towed home due to their pricing being unrealistic. They said that I would still have to pay them the diagnostic charge of $200 DOLLARS! This company is greedy, has unrealistic pricing, and is not willing to work with customers who are low on funding. DEFINITELY don't recommend.

Where do I start. I guess first off I will say I would never go back to this place. Had a couple…read moreissues with my car I was having them checkout. Once I told the lady at the front desk I had a warranty, her attitude changed. I could tell she wasn't excited about it. The next got they called to tell me they got my A/C fixed, which they kinda did. They conveniently fixed what wasn't covered under warranty. So now my A/C blows cold but its either low or high, theres no in-between. Next my car is making a noise when I accelerate, and I was told they had a really hard time getting my car to make that noise. I left the parking lot and within 15 seconds I got it to make the noise again. There recommendation was to maybe replace something that might fix it, but no guarantees. Oh and should I mention the parts they wanted to replace were conveniently not under warranty. And I have a decent warranty that covers quite a bit. So badically what I got from them is, they were ok fixing anything that they didnt have to deal with the warranty company for.
