My appointment was cancelled once (not by me) and I was put on a waitlist and never was given an appointment until very close to my appointment the next month. I made an appointment (with the manager) and he never recorded it. When I showed up for the appointment I made - he denied it, and offered no remedy. This happened twice. Homeless sometimes sleep near the entrance and would not leave until the police came. Only tolerated this place because of Delores and I honored my one year contract.
