The follow up messages to confirm my appointment were appropriate & when I arrived, was another message they wanted me to alert them when I arrived. The building is secured, so I could appreciate that aspect of the appointment. You can never be too secure while being relaxed & vulnerable. Walking inside the secure building is filled with several other businesses, not only Spaology. They are tucked away in the back but don't be fooled. It's far more expansive than you may realize. On to the massage. Kelsey was an absolute delight. Normally, I'm like "shoosh" it's quiet time now, but. I did enjoy chatting with her for a bit & getting to know who she was, why she started doing massages, for how long, what type she did, etc. I opted for the Body & Soul massage 90 min with an added scalp massage at the end, because I definitely needed 90 min but did the I didn't want a "working" massage where she really dug into my deep knots but wanted to relax and get some of the knots out too. She did an AMAZING job. I was honestly so relaxed and felt so fabulous when I left. She gave awesome instructions & suggestions about what to do for post-massage care to help address all the toxins that would be free flowing in my body that she got moving. I will absolutely go back to see her & will absolutely recommend Spaology & Kelsey. Truly, phenomenal job. Super reasonable prices. Easy booking. Relaxing environment. No pressure to upcharge or sell you anything. Fabulous customer service all around.

I can't say I'm terribly upset, I did need it done, but don't advertise it as an option and make it a bookable option if it's not an actual available option. I also suspect, they may not have enough people right when they first opened but eventually enough staff appeared. Nevertheless, the space was amazing and the chair was probably one of the best I've ever sat in for a pedicure. So comfortable. The massage was incredibly comfortable. It ran for a very long time and didn't require me to it on. And by constantly, I mean every 15 mins. I opted for the Royal Lux Pedi. I don't usually default to $85 as the starting point but I decided to treat myself. That was just the start of the "lux" treatment. Between the luxurious chair to the luxurious pedicure with the steamer to the mask to the eye-mask to the drink. Oh my. Such a thoughtful pedicure & massage. I had to fight to stay awake during the pedicure. The eye-mask was such a relaxing touch & the drink was so refreshing. It kinda makes me want to get the eye-masks for home. But, I'm going to reserve that for special treats like this instead. Yes, I'm still disappointed about the waxing but everything else 109% made up for it. I would absolutely recommend this place & will absolutely come back. Also, would highly recommend you make an appointment.
