Walking inside the secure building is filled with several other businesses, not only Spaology. They are tucked away in the back but don't be fooled. It's far more expansive than you may realize. On to the massage. Kelsey was an absolute delight. Normally, I'm like "shoosh" it's quiet time now, but. I did enjoy chatting with her for a bit & getting to know who she was, why she started doing massages, for how long, what type she did, etc. I opted for the Body & Soul massage 90 min with an added scalp massage at the end, because I definitely needed 90 min but did the I didn't want a "working" massage where she really dug into my deep knots but wanted to relax and get some of the knots out too. She did an AMAZING job. I was honestly so relaxed and felt so fabulous when I left. She gave awesome instructions & suggestions about what to do for post-massage care to help address all the toxins that would be free flowing in my body that she got moving. Kacee is a gem! I have been getting brazilians for almost…read more11 years religiously so to say I know what to expect and what I appreciate in a waxer is an understatement. She is thorough and gives you a mirror to check everything before you leave! The best part is the creamy wax she uses to get the tiny little hairs across the top during a Brazilian (insert drool emoji here). The process is fast, relatively painless if you are used to brazilians. She doesn't hesitate at all when pulling the hard wax strips. She turns the wax outside of the pot until it is cool enough for application to avoid burns, a lot of chains rush and will lift skin by applying too hot. My skin lifted multiple times at previous places but has NEVER lifted with Kacee! Her salon is comfortable, so damn cute and her prices are more than fair. There is a slightly lower price for cash payment so if you carry cash keep this in mind and ask about prices up front. Outside of the waxing her personality is 10/10 and her laugh is so contagious! I would recommend Kacee to anybody for a brazilian and converted to her from european wax center. Im now a loyal customer and followed her from her last place!
