I booked the Body & Soul 90 min with Kelsey. The booking process was super easy. Online, easy & there was a spot on a Saturday morning that I was immensely grateful for. The follow up messages to confirm my appointment were appropriate & when I arrived, was another message they wanted me to alert them when I arrived. The building is secured, so I could appreciate that aspect of the appointment. You can never be too secure while being relaxed & vulnerable. Walking inside the secure building is filled with several other businesses, not only Spaology. They are tucked away in the back but don't be fooled. It's far more expansive than you may realize. On to the massage. Kelsey was an absolute delight. Normally, I'm like "shoosh" it's quiet time now, but. I did enjoy chatting with her for a bit & getting to know who she was, why she started doing massages, for how long, what type she did, etc. I opted for the Body & Soul massage 90 min with an added scalp massage at the end, because I definitely needed 90 min but did the I didn't want a "working" massage where she really dug into my deep knots but wanted to relax and get some of the knots out too. She did an AMAZING job. I was honestly so relaxed and felt so fabulous when I left. She gave awesome instructions & suggestions about what to do for post-massage care to help address all the toxins that would be free flowing in my body that she got moving. I will absolutely go back to see her & will absolutely recommend Spaology & Kelsey. Truly, phenomenal job. Super reasonable prices. Easy booking. Relaxing environment. I had a sugar scrub there with Rachel and the whole experience was great. Very unique location atop a hill with a great porch view. The service was so relaxing and my skin feels great! Brand new to Las Cruces and found this spa here on yelp. I wasn't sure if I was in the right place at first as my gps led me to a residential neighborhood over by the golf course. Very clean inside with a beautiful view. My brazilian wax took longer than other waxes I've had, but I didn't cuss once (common to do so previously). Rachel is very sweet, professional, and thorough. I was nervously searching for spas that offered Brazilian Wax. I was visiting town for the holidays and I needed to find someone available ASAP. I called Spaology and they booked me for the next day, no hassles. I arrived a bit early to my appointment, and waited for maybe 5min before the receptionist informed me that I could go in sooner since another client was running late! PERFECT!! Rachel took care of me and she was so sweet! she did such a good job and was very knowledgeable about what she was doing! she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. S/O to her for doing her job well! The location is great! right near old mesilla, a short walk from The Bean Cafe. The atmosphere was very relaxing and clean! love the wood floor and the decor of the spa. Made it feel more comfortable instead of a cold, sterile environment! After having a baby I was treated to a spa day as a gift. They bought me a pedicure, massage and a eyebrow shaping at this location. The pedicure was done buy a lovely nail tech, though when I asked for a design she agreed but destroyed those toes! Design was very poorly done and ruined the look, she then confessed she hadn't done a design since school. Next was the massage. Therapist showed up VERY late. I was charged extra for deep tissue but was given light pressure. I asked multiple times for more pressure, the girl was not physically capable or unwilling. Esthetician for the brows was also late. She first drew in very crooked brows and asked if it was what I wanted. Uh, no. After many adjustments she started waxing, but mostly tweezing. This shaping/waxing took way longer than any other session I have ever been a party to. When she showed me the finished product it was a hot mess. Brows were crooked, not cleanly shaped, strays everywhere. After multiple attempts to repair (and her saying she was still in training), I just gave up and called it good. I wasted hundreds of someone else's money, nearly 5 hours of my life and came out with a pedi I couldn't show off and brows like Burt. It was not the day of leisure I had expected. read more

Additionally, Rachel was very knowledgable about the other services offered and answered my many questions about facial treatments. I had a 60 Minute age corrective body treatment with Rachel today - a Christmas gift. It was fabulous! The dry brush exfoliation followed by a slathering of luxurious lotion combined with massage was heavenly. Rachel has a lovely manner and great hands. The room is comfortable and serene. UPDATED REVIEW: A few days after I left this review, the owner, Rachel called me and offered to personally redo my lashes to give them a 2nd chance. I took her up on her offer and I am glad I did. The way she applied the lashes allowed them to stay on much longer. I just went back to her and got my 3rd fill at Spaology. Rachel is very nice, walks you through the process and explains how to best care for the lashes. The lashes last me about 3 weeks now. I will be going back for more! Very dissatisfied with the eye las extensions I got from them less than a week ago. I have had my eyelashes done before in Austin, and when I moved back to El Paso, I needed to find a new place. I got them done last Saturday and they have been shedding SO much! I lose on average 7-10 lashes daily! So less than a week later, they're almost all gone. I spoke to the spa about the quick shedding and all they said was that it could possibly be the wind. In which I replied, I haven't been outdoors at all. I'm very disappointed that I paid so much for less than a week's worth of lashes. I gave two stars because they looked great on day 1 and day 2, I received so many compliments for them!
