TOTAL RIP OFF!! I was charged $75 for a 10 minute pedicure and a 15 minute manicure. The lady didn't do anything the $25 pedicure package, no massage, no hot towels, NOTHING, all she did was was shape and buff (she didn't ask what i wanted, didn't even talk to me AT ALL) . i didn't complain in person because i wasn't going to fight with the nail techs to what their packages stated, everyone in my party was treated well but me, super rushed, decent job but definitely not worth the money that was spent, considering i got nothing of the package i paid for except for gel...fix your prices, and packages, if they aren't correct and your techs won't follow what's advertised... won't be coming here again. re-edit: my big toes are bleeding, see in the pictures, smh horrible read more

I walked in for a gel mani/pedi. I will NEVER return. My gels started peeling and chilling 2 days later. But that's not even the worst of it. Within 2 minutes of the guy ( son of the owner i think) getting started with me he asked about what i do here. That's all good. But when i mentioned i was working with the LGBT program at NMSU and eventually outted myself as a Gay mom, he started immediately talking all about Jordan Peterson, playing 'devils advocate' ( pro tip, the devil dose not need any advocates) trying over and over to engage me in debate about gay parenting, and trans folks. The more offensive he got , the deeper i was into a manicure half finished. so i stuck it out. I tried changing the subject. I tried engaging him in a friendly way about other topics. He wasn't having it. I think he even thought he was being charming and friendly. On top of all that it was tremendously expensive, much more than anywhere i've been in Cruces. I went in to get my eyebrows waxed, and they were so fast and so professional and so clean! When I went in the lady who waxed me was super fast and she was really kind about it hurting because of course waxing hurts. It can be a little scary going to nail salons for eyebrow waxing but not this salon. She kept the natural shape of my brows and the price was very reasonable! The staff was really friendly and I got helped very quickly. I got the Asian Pedicure and it felt amazing. I really enjoyed the exfoliating scrub and massage as well as the hot rock massage. I got gel polish which cost an extra $15. It seemed pretty clean and they each have their own sterilization cubby. I had been here before and the treatment was ok. Today I went in and they didn't even tell me to sit under the drier when I was finished. Put my sandals back on, I paid and walked out the door. Get home and when they did the callous treatment on my heels I ended up with a scraped heel. I don't know that I will go back. read more

I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes to get in a chair and start relaxing! Prices are great and the folks are very friendly! They are not pushy about "upgrading" or "selling" extra services! The facility is clean and the atmosphere is lively! The noise level is not base, tv is on but not loud! I have tried a few other places around Las Cruces and have been disappointed. I've been getting my nails done here for years, I've been getting acrylic for the past couple of months and decided to do gel, my nails are very weak and I was hesitant because I like mid length nails, but I love my nails now. I went to get my granddaughter nails done for her birthday. It was a french with rhinestone on two fingers she suggested I get a cuticle clean removable on my hands while waiting. She told me the bill was $165!!! I was surprised. I didn't argue. I just gave her my card. When I got home the bill wasn't itemized it only had price. I'm so upset on the average a full set at the most is 50 and extra rhinestones are about 15 for finger. My cuticle removable should've been 20 . Called to see if they accepted Walk-in appointments, they said yes because they had a nail tech available. They let me come in and get one of the best pedicures I've ever had. I got the deluxe pedi with a beautifully designed French tip! I haven't been in here since high-school and it's even better than I remembered, amazing ambience, cute, quiet, lovely family business. I love this place! They always do an excellent job with both pedicures and manicures. All the staff is extremely friendly and although they do speak to each other in Vietnamese, you never get that feeling like they're talking about you. Vincent always does my pedicures and he is so friendly and professional! The other thing I like about this place is they don't try to upsell you. I love this place. I've been a regular for two years. The service is great, very friendly workers, and they take care of you. I usually get gel manicures and pedicures, the color lasts for a very long time and I have not been disappointed. If a mistake has been made, they are more than willing to fix it with no charge. However, I don't recommend getting designs here, but it is so much better than the places they offer at the mall. I recommend coming here, especially if you love getting your nails done. But don't get your upper lip waxed, they tend to wax your upper lip AND your chin. A friend of mine doesn't have any chin hairs, but it aggravated her when she when the worker even went there. I asked to see the OPI gel options and she refused, saying that she doesn't recommend it, and proceeded to give me the other generic brand they had. I live in LA and I come to Las Cruces when on break from work and traveling. This is my first time going to a nail salon in LC- and I am very thankful for the level of professionalism, patience and politeness of the two people who did my manicure and pedicure at Asian Nails on University Ave. I had surgery in both ankles in November 2021 and since then I was not able to have my nails done. I developed ingrown nails which I tried to fix on my own last night!! I made it worse!! I cut the nail incorrectly that it ended up having sharp long ends that ended up poking and embedded deeper in the toe. I went to Asian Nails late in the afternoon as my last hope - by the time I arrived the toe has gotten swollen, very sensitive and too painful. They were very gentle and patient. They allowed me to prepare for any possible discomfort while she tried to salvage the mess I made. She was very transparent of what she can do as a limit of her qualification, license and experience- we both discussed and agreed on a plan for the night- she cleaned the rough ends of the nail the best she could, removed any surface dead skin and dirt slough- and if it doesn't get better to see a doctor. I really appreciate this level of care and professionalism. I can touch the toe without jumping from pain and I can now walk much comfortably. I will wait for the swelling to ease and return to them for all future nail needs! I highly recommend them read more

These guys typically do a good job but this time it was a lil sloppy around the cuticles. They also should do 3 coats for the acrylic bc 2 isn't enough. You can see through them. The biggest concern is them asking for a tip out loud. I'm not saying i don't tip bc I do but not everyone does and not everyone is going to tip you fat. Asking for the tip out loud is super rude and it makes me not want to tip. You're putting pressure on people to tip you more when you may or may not deserve it. If they'd update their systems to where we could write our own tip on the line like every other restaurant and good nail shop does then i would've given them a higher rating. read more

Just moved here to las cruces so i was nervous about finding a new salon that did a good job. i tried a place in the mall and was ridiculously disapointed. came here since i live nearby and was very pleased with not only the quality of my nails but the customer service. the nail techs were very friendly, talkative but in a good polite way. The guy who did my gel manicure pulled a cuticle clipper from his drawer, wiped off ?? And then proceeded to use it on me. The towel he placed under my hands was damp and clearly used before me too. People are pretty nice, service was good. I just didn't like the way my manicure looked. They didn't take the time to shape my nails so I had to come home and file them myself. We've been traveling across country since 2 days after Christmas. I've had my nails done several times during our travels. When I called to see if I needed an appointment I was greeted with the nicest and very humorous gentleman on the phone. He asked when I'd like to come in and I told him. He said "sure come on down". I asked who his best nail tech was as I was in desperate need of some repair. He said "I AM". I asked him who I should ask for when I get there.
