I'm not an expert on sourcing nail salons, however I will say, I made an appointment for my wife, who is battling dementia and the whole process that I witnessed start to finish left me very satisfied. The woman who did the pedi & manicure was professional, calm, patient and kind. Overall the end result "phenomenal". I'm always leaving with the cuties nails. So far throughout Las Cruces, they do a phenomenal job here. Whenever I get a fresh set they take their time and their hard work makes my nails look the greatest. I love getting pedicures here because they make you feel like a queen here and I just feel relaxed . They take the time to make you feel good and I feel pampered at the most. I am from out of state and looking for a place to do a fill on my acrylics. Then I decided I juat wanted to go with a new set since I had the others for a while. I checked yelp and most of the nail places had the same number of stars. I decided to call this place first since it was 7 minutes from my location. They said they had room. I walked in and was immediately attended. Tommy did my full set. I asked for long coffin. He did am amazing job. He took his time doing my nails to make sure they were what I wanted. I watched everyone else in the salon get beautiful nails, I was told what shape I was getting by the technician. I left in tears. The nails are bumpy, the shape is not what I wanted and while other customers got amazing designs I was not even given the option of anything but 1 color. Technician seemed irritated by my presence, was rode and nene asked me what I wanted at all. read more

My first time here. They couldn't do a pedi and acrylic nails at the same time. The place was filthy. The guy that did my toes and nails was disgusting, his nails and teeth were gross. He didn't use new or clean instruments on my feet or even new nail files. I wanted to walk out! I will never set foot in there again. If I could I wouldn't even give them 1 star. I'm not sure why the other reviewer gave them such bad reviews. I got a manicure and pedicure and enjoyed both. The pedicure chairs/tubs were very clean when I got there. The staff was very nice. The woman doing my pedicure started the water, asked me about the temputure, once I said it was fine she went and grabbed tools out of the sanitizer (so yes, their instruments are clean). My toes looked great once she was finished. When I switched to get the manicure she set my hands to soak while she cleaned the pedicure tub; throughly. I don't like my nails filed down on top which I expressed to her and she complied with without second thought. All in all I was very pleased with happy nails =). read more

I went to this salon in a pinch and was really disappointed with my gel nails less than 1 week after I had them done. I was surprised that as a walk in, I was immediately attended to and was out of the salon in less than 30 minutes. I should have known that the amount of time would reflect the quality of work. With 3 days, the French tips began to peel off as well as the coating on the base. Unfortunately I traveled out of town and was not able to return for 2 weeks. By the end of the week, 4 more had begun to peel. (I do not do anything rough with my hands, and I've never had any problems when done at other salons). I had them redone during my travel at an out of town salon and have not had any further issues. While staff was polite here, the quality of work was done very poorly and ended up costing me more money in the long run. read more

Very happy with this place for pedi's. They have plenty of chairs and we're able to accommodate 4 of us with a reservation.

It's a hit and miss with this place, mainly new staff as the miss. Had a pedicure last week the lady that did them had a hard time with a french manicure she had so many layers of white polish on my big to you could see how much thicker and lumpy it was, I asked her to fix it , she removed polish fixed it with two new coats put on 1 layer clear polish got up told me"this is all I could do if you dont like it tell the owner to fix them because im not working on you anymore" wtf really just because I asked you to fix something. By no means do I think the customer is always right but you are getting $27.(exta cuz of the french) for half an hour of work and your gonna do a crappy job then give attitude.
