Excellent Customer Service!…read more I recently hired Scott at Diamondback Home Theater to mount three, large screen TVs in my Scottsdale Home. From my first contact with Scott to the completion of the project, I could not have been more pleased. Scott was great at communicating in advance of his service. We discussed the project, my expectations, and specific needs. Importantly, I did not want to see any wires and that some of the mounting locations would be difficult, including one wall that was curved. Scott kept me apprised of his schedule via text and arrived promptly. He brought the perfect mounts for each location and his price for the mounts was very reasonable. Meticulous in his work, Scott put down tarps to protect our floors and carpeting. He measured everything carefully in advance, ran new Romex wire behind the walls and installed new outlets behind the TVs. He connected the RF boxes via HDMI and hid the boxes behind the TVs, as well. The result was a very clean and streamlined look in each room and TVs that function perfectly. The price for the entire project was very reasonable for the amount of work done. Scott was friendly and courteous throughout the project and a pleasure to have in our home.
