Juug is the best in the game. I came here for the first time last August and got lucky to land a seat in his chair. I've been requesting him ever since. 47 years on this rock and this is the first time I've had my "own" barber. He's a Wiz with a beard trim as well and even developed his own beard butter that doesn't use any of the chemicals that can cause skin irritation or hair death. What once was great is now a middle of the road barber shop as they have grown in popularity. Been going here since they opened and were the best kept secret of the plaza. Don't count on ANY walk in service and make a appointment online. Sadly the best barbers like Eugene are typically booked about a week out. Most of the other barbers have come and gone but a few have stayed and their work is amazing when you can finally get in. The fades, line cut ins, beard cuts, and general hair cuts have been wonderful all but once for me personally. That time I was taken in the middle of a family getting cuts due to me having an appointment. So my cut in turn was rushed and disappointing. Today I walked in due to previous appointment issues and was told they would be right with me. As I sat down a father walked in to get his kids hair cut under a walk in. That's when they told us both they were all booked up for the day by a barber in standby. He was waiting for his appointment who was late. We were told to make an appointment online and there are ones tomorrow (during the work day hours :/ ). So much for "I will be right with you" lol Sadly the idle barber sat idle for another twenty minutes. As I took a picture of him sitting down he and two other guys followed me out the the parking lot to take pictures of me and my license plate. Talked about quality customer service via intimidation. Don't trust just the happy review. Today they lost a customer that's been coming here form the beginning via lies and intimidation. Now it seems unless I want to wait a week for Eugene I can't get in. Then it's a risk I will bump someone else due to having the appointment and the cut will be just alright. Sad to see both the customer service and availability drop now that they are popular. Should you decide to go here book for Eugene and hope your don't happen to get the bump in rush Appointments ready risky as you can bump walk ins and in turn you are rushed. Walk ins are at the whim of barbers besides the owner both wanting to work and quality is dicey. read more

I've been to a lot of shops but my favorite has to be this one, true blends. I love the vibe of the shop all the barbers get along and give great cuts but my favorite barber to go to is Beto or B. Our boys have been getting cuts by Eugene, the owner, for years and he's the best. His shop is family friendly and always clean. Even with all the hairs cut happening, someone's always sweeping after a service. Highly recommend scheduling your appointment as the shop can get busy, but they rotate to support walk-in clients too. We always schedule our appointments and those schedules are managed in a prompt manner. Although, we exclusively see Eugene, he has 4 - 5 additional barbers that maintain his standard of quality work and superb customer service. You can't go wrong getting a cut here. read more

I've been here twice. Both times I asked for a haircut and left with a completely different cut than what I asked for. One side of my head is blended, the other is not now so I'll be needing another haircut in about a week. I think the guys here can cut hair but they wanna do their own thing. Not very customer service oriented, and took way too long. Also it cost about $35 for a men's cut...I'll be looking elsewhere for services. read more

He asked me questions about how I like my hair and if I usually cut certain parts and made me feel informed. I walked in without an appointment and was immediately greeted and asked to take a seat. I waited for a few minutes and Tony cut my hair after we discussed what I was looking for. My barber "Juug the barber" hits it on the nail every time, you tell him what you want and you get exactly that. Scheduling the appointment is just as good. Walk ins wait about 2 hours average. If they say "u got 1 walk-in in front of you" that translate to at least 1 hr wait. Don't bother. Appointment with the owner a week out. Dude with glasses and cowboys jersey takes slow takes forever to cut a kids hair. He takes his sweet time. Slow.Girl is fast but cuts are average. Other dude is alright. read more

This the worst barber shop I have ever been. I brought my father in law , that is in a wheelchair for a hair cut. We waited for over an hour, and just when we thought it was his turn in walks someone. Come to find out he had an appointment, witch is fine.
