It was perfect and ran smooth as can be. We bought the car and feel so confident as Nate was professional and friendly as can be! We feel he went out of his way taking our Lexus for a ride to check a rattle I heard in the engine, and he and Steve figured out exactly what the rattle was and we are now able to get it fixed without second guessing the problem. We met the mechanic who works for Nate who did all the work and he assured us this was a good car! We left feeling 100% confident that even though it is a used car we got a "gem" !
