I've never actually bought a car here (and after seeing the prices, my wallet immediately filed a restraining order), because the markup on their vehicles is absolutely wild. Like... "is this car also coming with a small vacation home?" kind of wild. So yeah, that's the only reason they're not getting a full 5 stars. BUT... I always get my car serviced here, and they've been fantastic every time. I have a 2017 Honda Civic Si, and I've never once had an issue with their service department. Shoutout to Melissa, my service advisor, who is honestly amazing. Every visit is smooth, fast, and painless. I'm usually in and out quickly, which in car-dealership time is basically a miracle. Their mechanics actually know what they're doing too. I had this super annoying rear window leak that I couldn't figure out for the life of me. They tracked it down to a bad window seal and fixed it properly. No guesswork. No "let's see if this works." Just... fixed. The place feels professional, trustworthy, and well-run, which is exactly what you want when someone is poking around your car with expensive tools. So yeah: * Buying a car here: * Getting your Honda serviced here: If you own a Honda and want reliable, competent, and fast service, I'd absolutely recommend Shingle Springs Honda. Just... maybe don't look at the new car prices unless you're emotionally prepared.

The dealers and their staff…read moreare professionals and at a distinct advantage over you since they deal with the process daily while us buyers typically bring a lot of emotion into the equation, which can certainly make for rash decisions. Buying a car can either be a heavenly experience or a miserable one. I've purchased a car from this dealership before (three years ago) and it was an unremarkable, fatiguing experience. However, what made this recent purchase great rests on the shoulders of one person: the general manager, Brehon Quigley. It's not often you find people in this industry with integrity, but he certainly does. Ronnie and Rachel on their sales team were equally as good, but Brehon certainly takes it to another level and is both understanding and responsive and I can see why he runs the show. The finance experience is quicker these days as well versus my previous experience, with the neat electronic document table.

It has now spent more time in the shop than in my own driveway. To make matters worse, when the shop tried to fix it, they discovered that the dealership never even activated my Zurich service warranty. Trying to get in touch with anyone for help has been impossible: * Sales: I have emailed my salesman, Ronnie, multiple times over the past week asking for a callback and have received zero response. * Finance: I was left on hold for over 30 minutes before finally hanging up. * Management: I tried reaching out to Halim, as well as extensions 1336 and 1338. Every single voicemail box is full, making it impossible to leave a message. Even the local dealership tried calling Mercedes-Benz of EDH on my behalf, and no one would help them either. I feel completely blindsided by these shady business practices and will be filing a formal complaint with the BBB. Save yourself the stress--there are plenty of dealerships out there, but this should not be one of them. Beware.
