On the day of, I started driving my way down, gave them a call just to make sure they still have that shoes, I forgot they already put it aside for me. When I arrived, the parking lot was big and I didn't know if I was at the right place or not; I couldn't find the front door even though it is right in front of me. There is a small inconspicuous doorbell to your right that you're supposed to ring for someone to come and get you. As soon as I walk in there, I felt like I just walked into a museum. The atmosphere is so inviting and open with a view of the pier and the boats in the dock. The sun was shining and there were fluffy white clouds outside, it was such an amazing view. They brought out my pair of shoes that is nicely wrapped in the box; newer than new. Brought me over to the couch and had me try it on. I love the personalized service and the VIP treatment. Yes, this is a luxury store with absolute high prices and of course name brands with good quality. But you can't beat their sales! My new pair of Manolo Blahnik is so affordable, feels like it's a once in a lifetime deal. Absolutely would come back again, I am hooked!!!
