My chairs were something I had my eyes on at my grandmothers house since I was a child. They've since been given to me and have lived with me for almost 10 years. They came to me with some rips in fabric, chewed up legs, and pervious terrible attempts at repairs on the legs and wobble arms. This was a project I wanted done years ago but I had to save up for. And it was worth it. The sentimental value exceeds the monetary cost (Michael deserves every Penny) and the 6-8 weeks of waiting. He rebuilt/repaired legs and arms, and reupholstered (beautifully) both chairs. So many fabrics to choose from. I tried to pick one that would compliment the chairs. Over about a month of back and forth emails and calls (during a larger restoration project), Stephanie helped me come up with a plan to replace this sink and helped pick out a new sink that would work with my setup. Unfortunately when it came time to install they were booked out another month so we had to go with another installer who had more immediate availability but our sink replacement would not have been possible without the planning and assistance of Back to Perfection. Some of the best customer service Ive experienced. I asked them to invoice me for the consulting work and hope that I can actually hire them for something else in the future.

I have a Korean countertop that was installed by the previous owner and I got a new stove and accidentally burned it and it cracked. This company was able to repair the work and it looks absolutely brand new. I am so thankful. In addition, I had another spot and my pictures aren't very good, but I had another spot where an electrical cord literally like exploded and caught fire and it scorched the top surface and they were able to fix it even though it was against the backsplash and you could never tell it was there. I am just beyond happy and beyond thrilled. John Bennett was my service technician. He showed up extremely prompt. Actually I realized he was there early, but didn't ring the door until it was the time that they had allotted. He was very friendly. He gave me advice as to how to prevent it from happening in the future, which he asked me to increase the height of my stove. I felt like that was going above and beyond to make sure that I didn't necessarily have to call them back. He also put some heat tape on the side so that it would be better protected for future use as well. He cleaned up. Everything was very kind very courteous and very professional. If I ever need them again I will definitely reach out because they were just a top notch company. Stephanie is the person I worked with in facilitating it. She was also amazing. Very straightforward. Was not very pushy. Just helped me get what I needed and I'm just so thankful to have worked with this company they are a top notch grade a type of company. Highly recommend.
