They had an opening due to a cancelation & called the day before. When I got that call to get him in sooner, I was so thankful. This was my first time ever at an opthalmologist, along with my son of course, so wasn't too sure of what to expect, etc. We came in because my son has been having eye issues, I initially figured it was allergies, but wanted to be safe. I had other thoughts as to what it *could have been* and wanted to rule them out as well. My initial suspicions were correct and it was in fact allergies, but better to be safe than sorry. Also it is so good to have found an opthalmologist office that my family might need. Now to get my husband in lol. Great office, not a long wait time at all! Wonderful, kind, staff they're all so great! Highly recommend. My son even commented how great the doctor was and that it wasn't too bad (he was nervous, rightfully so!)

This should not happen but this company refuses to stand behind their product (they manufacture and sell) and would not replace my lenses. I have never had this occur on any glasses and I've owned many, many pairs in my lifetime, it is clearly poor-quality control in the manufacturing. My wife and I have also bought several pairs of glasses from them in the past so not only do they not stand behind inferior manufacture they also do not value loyalty and customer service. I would definitely find other opticians in the future and suggest others do as well.

I only use them to order lenses and frames at this point, it's not been the best experience. I went to pick up glasses twice over the past year, and the office was closed without warning. The office also failed to contact me when my lenses were in and I had to call them to find out that they were. Their website shows them open today, so I made another trip, only to find a sign on the door that reads 'Closed Sat and Sun. They might be understaffed at this point as many places are, but I'm writing this with the hope that they can address these issues. Otherwise, I wont go there again.

I have had several very positive experiences at this office:…read more1) I scheduled an appointment at the Southampton office, but didn't remember that when it came time for the appointment and they fit me in. 2) I had two emergency issues that were potentially related to my retina and they got me in THAT DAY, both times. 3) I had a follow up appointment scheduled for today and Dr. Fox noticed that my annual appointment was in 10 days and offered to do it all today. The price was…read morevery reasonable, but unfortunately, with her first new pair, she couldn't see clearly at all distances. 20/20 made adjustments, but still the specs didn't work correctly. So, they re-ground the lenses but these weren't exactly right, either. As further evidence of their patience and good service, they offered to re-examine her eyes and try once again. By that time my wife knew she would soon need cataract surgery so the glasses, even if re-made correctly, would only be useful for a few months. Happily, rather than try to fit her with glasses that wouldn't be very useful, they refunded our money. 20/20 really tried to get them right for my wife. You couldn't ask for better service.
