Very authentic Dominican restaurant. The food is delicious, very well seasoned and presented well…read more The ambiance is amazing as the crew came in and sang happy birthday to one of our guests and did so in an authentic Dominican way, it felt like we were in the island. The staff were fantastic. They offer valet parking which is great for the area which is really crowded. The churrasco was so good I could have eaten another one. The only problem I encountered was that the Mofongo with Chicharron although it tasted great the, it was served in a small pilon, wooden bowl used to mash the plantains, with the chicharron on top. They poured garlic sauce over the top and it made a mess all over the bowl. Additionally the bowl was too small for you to eat it without pouring it into the plate. They should reconsider how they serve it because it was very messy to eat. The flan though was perfectly made, reminding me of Puerto Rican flan, light and airy. A really nice experience at this place, worth another visit.

Best choice we did -the food was sooo flavorful-the pork fried pieces with fried tostones and side avocado salad amazing. Drinks were pretty good enjoyed them for sure. The flan the best I have had for awhile. The service was ok being that we were a group of 14. I loved that they sang our friend for her birthday-Feliz cumpleaños in a Latin rhythm -so much fun. They had a Dominican Republic reporter filming for Ajo y oregano exposure , I was also interviewed by the TV reporter so how exciting was that. Spanish music was playing the whole time we were there YAY! Why I didn't give it 5 star because they served no cafe WHAT!!!!

The best days to go and find the place crowded would be Fri, Sat, and Sun i would highly recommend it. I never went in to eat since i always go in the night time on lounge hours but i must say this place has the best hookahs i have ever had! If you check most of my reviews everywhere i go i always smoke hookah. For some reason one of the many reasons why i come to this place is just for that. I never order individual drinks every time i go there i order 2 or 3 bottles. the waitress some are better than others but overall great place to have a drink or 2. As fat as the DJ love it they play Latin music all night. They also have a live band iam not sure what day they play but i believe its on a wed. Check em out if your in the Bronx and want to drink dance and smoke hookah you wont be dissapointed.
