She is very good at massages and facials and knows exactly what your body needs. I like going there mainly because of her service. There are few areas of improvement though: The place is a little outdated and I hear they are trying to get in new equipment and working on having the place updated. Also, as this SPA is inside of the hotel, you can never tell it exists from outside. They have to work on marketing their service. The important thing is they do a good job and that's why we are there for! So if you ignore the small stuff, you are sure to have a wonderful time here.

The staff was nice and all. The only problem I had was that when I checked out the lady told me that the tip is $42 which is 20% of what they originally charge for the facial and scrub. The lady didn't explain anything to me and made it seem like it was required. She was like oh yea we charge the tip too so the service came out to $150. This is spa week and I don't mind paying more but she didn't explain it well to me at all. My boyfriend called back and the lady made it seem like she explained the whole thing to me. This place is a rip off for spa week. It's $50 for service but you're going to charge $42 as tip? The services were great but Ines the front desk lady was not very informative. I am never going back because of her.

It's hard to find professionals that still offer super thorough facials and don't rush through every step then shoo you out the door. I typically get the Puracne oxygen specialty facial and she always spends over an hour cleansing, exfoliating, applying masks, steaming, extracting, and disinfecting my face.. ya know, the works (how do I know all this? Because she's thorough, and I ask a lot of questions.. heh.) The process is super relaxing start to finish.. except the extractions, which are a necessary evil since I'm prone to lots of blackheads haha. Never had any issues with scarring on any of the extractions done on my face, and by the end of the facial, my skin SO DANG SOFT. Love that she is open on Saturdays, but just make sure to call/text her to make an appointment as she does not do walk in's. I don't even live in Dallas anymore, but I don't trust anyone else with my face and continue to schedule appointments with her whenever I'm in town for the holidays/vacation. She has a room in the back of Evelyn Kershaw salon so you can enter through the hair salon's front entrance, where the front desk can help guide you, or there's also a back entrance and parking lot you can enter from. Her room is well kept, clean, and comfortable. Facials can be a little pricey but it's a luxury I think is well worth the investment and something I look forward to each time.
