The other appointments were cancelled last minute only to be rescheduled and cancelled again. I asked for a refund. Kelsey promised several times to issue a refund. It's been about 3 weeks and I still have not received the money. She has also stopped responding to my text and calls. Kelsey is a nice person but has not run her business professionally or ethically in my opinion. I have contacted the BBB and also plan to take her to small claims court.
