But when I went in, it was So Much more than shaved ice as I have always known it. You see, this is Bingsu, a treat I am now hooked on after just one try! Bingsu, I learned, is a Korean dessert, made with ice from frozen milk that is shaved, and then topped with fruit. OMG, where have you been all my life?!?! The service here was great. You see I thought I was in for more of a snow cone experience and I became a little overwhelmed when it was not exactly what I had in mind.
