I've experienced this every time I go there . Today I thought was particularly peculiar because there was literally no other customer in the store . I even went to the restroom and she had not started making may smoothie . I will say when I walked in I smelled a lot of bleach , thus they are at least sanitizing well . If you're in a hurry after leaving the gym, don't expect quick service .

Recently, however, there has been a new employee working in the mornings, and the service experience has noticeably declined. The first time I encountered him, I actually had to leave without my order because the wait time was excessively long. Today was even worse. I arrived around 8:55 AM, placed and paid for my order, and there were four people ahead of me in line. Three of those customers ordered before me, and all three received their drinks while I was still standing there waiting. Both employees then appeared ready to head to the back as if all orders had been completed, while I still had not received my smoothie. After noticing me still waiting, the employee made a random smoothie with Gladiator protein that was not the smoothie I ordered. I then had to correct him and ask him to add the proper ingredients to make the actual drink I paid for. I did not leave until approximately 9:22 AM. A nearly 30-minute wait for a smoothie -- combined with the incorrect order and lack of awareness -- made this by far the worst service experience I've had at this location. I'm not someone who normally complains, but this experience was extremely frustrating, especially considering how consistently good the service usually is.

One thing I really like is how the drinks are all named after cities in Prince George's County. He mentors young men in the community and has even hired some of his former students. They decorate the store every season and they even decorate on cups, which is a nice festive touch. I've also seen them give kids stickers (free).
