In the past year of me frequenting this place, she has made mistakes on my order, then refused to refund me for what I did not order, she would turn her back on me as I approached the register, speak ill of me and other customers in Spanish (as if we can't understand it? Spanish is taught in almost all secondary schools now and the average American has a basic understanding of the language). She has also raised her voice at me when she didn't understand my order. Finally confronted her about her behavior recently and she claims "she has never met me." This is a blatant lie and she became flustered (and very quiet) upon learning that I understand Spanish. Reported her to corporate and they notified me that she was spoken to and that this incident(s) will be documented. Hopefully, she gets her act together and stops acting like an immature pre-teen. To other customers, especially if you understand Spanish, pay attention to what they say- I've heard them numerous times speaking badly about customers, right to their faces, thinking that no one understands the language. I've ignored it for months but came to a breaking point. As a manager of a franchise establishment, it is her duty to create a pleasant and positive culture for customers AND staff.
