If you ask for hot sauce, they will give you some "homemade sauce", which I would call a Scotch Bonnet relish, not sweet. It is great, but pretty chunky for being called a sauce. It has that great spicy sweet heat of the scotch bonnet pepper, and is a great compliment to collards.
