Came to this location and to a couple others a few times while in the area. Coming from SoCal, the hype was not worth it. I most frequently order the same three flavors at any ice cream establishment: Banana, Buckeye/Peanut Butter, and Birthday Cake. The Buckeye/Peanut Butter was mostly vanilla, super disappointed, but appreciate the fact it's homemade ice cream, so every scoop is different. The banana is fake! Don't even waste your time on a scoop of banana unless you bring your own to mix into a vanilla, if you are as obsessed with banana ice cream as I am. The birthday cake was decent, but not the best I've had. The ratio of icing to ice cream was fantastic, I will admit. The times that I've come here, the service was up to standard. The staff were kind. The ambiance is fast casual, you can sit and eat your ice cream at a quick table or go through the drive thru. The servings are decently sized for the price. Every visit I've had heat has been quick and delicious. Every employee I've ordered from has been incredibly sweet and patient. They are always ready with suggestions or offering samples if you are unsure. This visit, I got a regular cup with ultimate peanut butter with Oreo and chocolate chip cookie dough. The last couple of times I've been to Brusters the kids running the place are arguing or cussing. Very unprofessional since I have a 4 year old. Maybe the owner should know the kids aren't doing what they are supposed too. Also the portion sizes are different sometimes. I order a small waffle cone one day and I barely have ice cream, I order it a week or two later and it's so much ice cream I can't finish it. The coupons are good tho. read more
