If I could give this place zero stars i would ... my whole family including my babies have gotten food poisoning. From one large protein shake i went to put something on my stomach and immediately after i was sick with nausea. My husband had a sip and so did my babies and my 1 year old is breastfed... she threw up immediately. I threw up over in the night. My husband threw up the next day we've been sick since Apr 26,2023 it is now Saturday Apr 29th. I will never come back ever. Montgomery stores need to do better with freshness and quality. read more

This is my go to place for delicious smoothies whenever I am in Montgomery. I love their flavors, everything is always prepared correctly, and the location is very clean and pleasant. I've always had excellent customer service here as well, even when they are busy, the employees take their time to greet everyone and even help with important smoothie decisions when a customer is confused about a menu item. I also really enjoy the new vegan smoothie options, the pineapple spinach is refreshing, filling and delightful. I usually add a multivitamin and it's always done well. Some smoothie places leave a chalky taste or don't blend the mixture well so it's gritty but I've never had that experience here at smoothie king. They know how to blend! This store has a very outdated menu, and when my family and I went we ordered the older smoothies listed on the menu. Over the years, these recipes change however, and they made us the updated recipe without telling us. Therefore, not what we ordered. Not to mention the young lady employee messed up my order and when I brought it to their attention, she gave me a mean look and walked to the back. I have been a regular at this smoothie king since moving to the area. Their smoothies have become a healthy part of my weight loss journey/lifestyle. The customer service is usually okay and the smoothie always sweet & yummy although packed with fruit and veggies. But today was by far the worst experience I have ever had and needed to be noted. The boy 'Jawade' was exceptionally rude, arrogant, inconsiderate, & even had me late for my own job. And to top it off, my smoothie was disgusting although it's my usual. I hope management sees this and brings some order about their employee. The others are always helpful & sweet. Especially the young lady who is a manager, I don't know her name but she is always nice, fast & wait for it...considerate to her customers. Was an incident a few weeks ago & she kindly resolved the issue with a smile even though the store waa packed. Maybe she should give that Jawade a lesson in customer service. read more
