I choose the detox smoothie and it was delicious. Much more sugar then I would add at home but it was a filling. The regular was more than enough smoothie. I didn't think I would drink all of it but before you know it, gone. I love smoothies so when I'm in a hurry and drop by here again for a quick meal replacement. read more

After 17minutes after I ordered and pulled to the drive through window someone FINALLY came to the window to ask "hey what you waiting for" I said my order, 2 smoothies not anything crazy. He said OK, closed the window and five minutes later someone else came open mouthed to the window surprised someone was there. They did find my half melted smoothies and hand them to me; without straws. Closed the window. Walked away. I absolutely love tropical smoothie! In my opinion, their smoothies are tastier and fresher than the competition.. It does not hurt that they offer great food options as well. Their fruit options are endless and they have delicious and nutritious protein and fiber mixins for just a small fee . I prefer the Sunrise sunset and the Mango Magic. I prefer anything with pineapple in it actually! The cafe is always clean, my food and smoothie are made to order and it's just absolutely delicious. I recommend anything on the menu when. It comes to food. The wraps, quesadillas and even the breakfast are all delicious. You can't go wrong read more

Abysmal service. Staff is grossly incompetent. I'm forgiving, but when they mess up my order 3 or 4 times in a week that is unacceptable. If I am willing to pay their high prices I expect to get the correct order, and/or have them at least appear to make any effort to get me the correct order. They look bothered by the customers, are not thorough, and do not follow the directions on the receipt. Why would you want to pay three or four dollars in up charges for add ins and have them give you the wrong order 30 minutes later? Service is not a priority here and I will take my business elsewhere. read more

The staff is completely awful I went there last week and they gave my food to the first person they saw didn't even ask the name so after waiting for 30 mins for my food I asked where it was and they said that someone else got it for me even though I was right there! But the MAIN issue and the reason I'm writing this review is WHAT IS UP WITH THE SMELL I personally will never eat this location ever again due to the fast the last four times I've been in i couldn't even eat inside due to the HORRIFIC smell of garbage. I've been to Tropical Smoothie before, but this was my first time at this location. My favorite sandwich is the Mediterranean Veggie. Their hummus is smooth and flavorful, not outstanding, but I LOVE the grilled flatbread. Today I asked for extra field greens and they really loaded my sandwich down with fresh, crispy greens. Most of the smoothies here are awesome. Today I got a Sunny Day with Splenda. (If you want Splenda instead of sugar in your smoothie, just ask.) The Sunny Day has mango, banana, orange and kiwi. Not my favorite, but close. Yum! The only thing about today's lunch that wasn't awesome was the potato salad. Ew. Pasty and vinegary. Stick with the chips for your side item. My dining companion had the Sesame Chicken toasted wrap which she described as "fricking delicious" and a side of pasta salad which she threw away. Next time we will both just get potato chips. The prices are fair. We both had a very filling meal for under $20. This place also is a lot healthier than most fast food restaurants. Idk what business model they have in place but management definitely should consider expanding staff or equipment or both to improve customer service.
