Ok so this place it's super fast. They are not always accurate but they do a good job preparing the food. Every time I've had come they were fast. They only thing I had requested is that they put the drizzle first then the topping and they never do it. It is a waste of drizzle because it gets stuck on the top cover. Other than that, they are a great group, they seem to always have a nice flow and the atmosphere doesn't feel draining like when you know people don't want to be there. Keep it up! Be careful ordering from here! I placed a delivery order through their app and it was never delivered. The DoorDasher picked up the order and then canceled it so they got away with a free meal. I immediately called the location to request another order be delivered and they could not do that. I then requested a refund and kept having to call back to make sure I got it just to find out they sent it to someone else else's card. read more

Everything was so tasty and staff was as so kind and informative. They also did a good job keeping everyone distanced and safe during social distancing times. I ordered the chipotle chicken club flatbread, which was awesome, and had the perfect amount of spice. I got the kale apple slaw on the side and it was light and delicious. Are used to love going to this place but it is really gone downhill. I used to even have the app because I love going to this place so much recently I decided to give it another try and I ordered $35 worth of smoothies on the app, I did it before the store opened, it had told me that my order would be ready at 7:12. I pulled into the parking lot at 7:20. Remind you they open at seven when I pulled in the open sign was on but when I walked up to the door it was locked and pitch black on the store, I had to call after two days. I finally got a hold of somebody to give me a refund. Have come here a couple times, the staff is nice enough(some really nice people and some people just there for the check which I don't blame them for). The food is pretty good and I like the jerk chicken wrap. The sweet potatoes however are HORRIBLEEE It tasted like I was eating a candle with fake cinnamon sent. The menu has a great variety of food and smoothies. The manager was very helpful with recommendations and information. They have a pretty broad menu actually and they have definitely gained a regular. I suggest the sunset with added peach. I'm so excited they are open now!! Ok - I've been 4 times already!! The food is so fresh! That's probably my favorite part. We went to one regularly in Virginia Beach and I was hooked! As with every Tropical Smoothie I've frequented, this one is consistently great! And as a "healthy" smoothie lover, NO ONE makes smoothies like Tropical Smoothie!!! They use fresh ingredients!!!
