The parking lot is small but there were plenty of spots open on a mid-week morning. We were greeted warmly and sat at a booth. Nadeen's feels familiar and comfortable. Our waiter was fantastic the entire time, he was gracious and hardworking. My husband ordered the Southwest Scramble and I had the Farmer's Skillet. Both were delicious but we both agreed that mine was the better of the two. The biscuit was baked perfectly and was so fluffy. The gravy and potatoes were delicious, too. Our coffee cups were never empty, either. Not to mention, the coffee here is really good! We will definitely be back!

Elevated Southern breakfast with fresh ingredients, excellent food and great service. A good start to every morning. Day one was the Flat Top Omelette with ham, cheddar, onion and green bell peppers, plus sausage patties and crispy hashbrowns. Day two was Nonie Sue's Table with scrambled eggs and cheese, bacon and hashbrowns. I swapped the grits for extra hashbrowns and the biscuit for sourdough toast. Day three I kept it simple with over easy eggs, bacon and hashbrowns, but had to try their country ham too. Those hashbrowns are smashed super thin and cooked to crispy perfection. Seriously addicting. The bacon is thick cut, salty goodness, and everything tasted fresh. Sweet Milk will be a go to whenever I'm in Nashville. Other than my weakness for hashbrowns and a little sourdough, I kept things pretty low carb. Next time, I might have to give some of their sweet carbier options a try lol.

Just Love is more than just coffee, even though that is what I enjoy most about them. They offer a solid variety of coffee and espresso based drinks along with a few teas and refresher style drinks. The cold brew is my go-to and I fancy it up with a few syrups and some almond milk...but any way it is served is tasty. I have enjoyed the Iced Mocha at other locations, so I imagine it is just as tasty here. For food they have a surprisingly stacked menu including breakfast and lunch, with classics to specialty items. You can get a breakfast sandwich to a few breakfast tacos or even biscuits and gravy...and if you are feeling brave, a waffle stuffed with breakfast meats and eggs topped with gravy or syrup...and that is just for breakfast! For lunch they have a few sandwiches, a quesadilla and a wrap all served with a side of chips. They also offer fresh made desserts if the cookies and other baked goods up front are not doing it for you. The space is well laid out and features a large dining area with plenty of tables and even a small bar/counter space in the nook of the front where you can belly up to the counter for a little work, coffee, food or combination of all. During my visit, I was greeted and served by the owners, a pair of sisters who are an absolute delight! While I popped by for a cold brew, I spotted a few bags of coffee beans and had to scoop them up for some home brew. We chatted through their recommendations and I ended up with an espresso blend and an Ethiopian medium roast. The one blend they recommended the most, Costa Rican, was out unfortunately, but that tells me it is a solid bean, so I will have to keep my eyes out for it! The menu is large and reasonably priced with a very wide selection of drinks. This isn't the most authentic Mexican food, but man is it tasty. I was torn between chips and queso and a burrito, so it was to my benefit that the chicken burrito comes with a side of chips and salsa, and paying a small upcharge to swap in queso meant I got all of the things I was craving in one order. Pinto beans, guacamole, chipotle aioli, and rice all packed in and put on the griddle so you get that nice sear. There's an option to add a cheese skirt to the burrito that I skipped this time but would absolutely come back for. The chips were thin and crispy, the queso hot and delicious, and I couldn't have asked for more at the price. The burrito is $11 on its own and with the chicken and my upcharge I came to about $19 with tax, plus tip. When the waitress brought my food she also brought my check and a box so I could take the other half to go and get everything out of the way. In and out in thirty minutes with food that was hot, fresh, and super delicious. The service here really goes the extra mile. Easy for a solo diner, easy for a group, and easy to just walk in for a quick meal. My only small gripe is that they may still be too popular for their parking lot, which should be slightly bigger. They've also got an interesting set of coffee and matcha drinks and a brunch menu I'd love to come back for.
