I can see why this location has such low ratings. We have been the only vehicle in the drive through for nearly 15 minutes, and were advised the inside is busy and that we need to wait a bit longer. I never ever do this, but I am so disappointed. I ordered a hummus veggie wrap. When i bit into it it was completely wrong and had chicken in it. I've been vegetarian for over 3 years and this was very frustrating for me. I kindly asked for the correct order, and after I got it I started to eat it and realized that there was no black beans at all and no rice in half of my sandwich. The last of it was a tortilla with dry rice in it, no flavor. As a vegetarian struggling to find reliable food places, I am sad to cross another off the list. The worst tropical smoothie I've ever been to. We wanted something healthy and so we decided to stop on our way up north. When I gave my order the girl was nice but didn't write anything down. Once I gave her the full order she said she should write it down and then I had to repeat it. She asked me if I wanted strawberry in my Chia Banana Max and I said no. I had never had that question before and I order them all the time. Then a lady walked in after me, 2 drive through people, a group of 5 teens ... all these people received their smoothies before we did. She kept telling me we were next but then she would make someone else's drink. She finally gave us our food and we had it all eaten before we got our smoothies. After everyone else was served we got our smoothies. We walked out and they immediately locked the door as it was closing time. I took one drink of my smoothie and it wasn't what I ordered. This was SO frustrating as it's late and we were trying to get on the road. And they had locked the doors. Also - there was food all over the floor where they were making food. An overall incredible lack of enthusiasm from staff but the smoothies are always on point and just as described. As I stand here, staff aren't all in uniform, in fact one appears that she's in pajamas and there's a lot of yelling, but for a quick, light mid day meal, you can't go wrong. I love the Peanut Paradise, a sensation of sweet and savory, along with whey protein for a thick treat that holds me over to dinner. This is my second attempt recently at this location and both times, I have felt cheated out of my money. The food has been of such poor quality and certainly not made with care. The quesadillas hardly have cheese in them, the dressing/sauces on the flatbreads are hardly there, the tomato seems like they might have been running low? I feel as though each time my food is made, they are desperately trying to ration ingredients..... I don't think anyone wants to spend money on food they feel is being rationed. Of all the locations I've been to, this one has been the most disappointing, by far. The customer service is wonderful (in my experiences) and I don't come back to request new food be made because I'm using the drive thru and not in a position where I can easily go back in (baby in car, eating once home, etc). I hope they can re-train staff and this will resolve the issue. I will only try once more at this point. read more

I went in here for a smoothie and I was trying to look for the cookie dough smoothie I use to get, but alas, it looked like it wasn't on the menu anymore. I opted for the sunshine smoothie, which was very tasty, but it was WAY too sweet too be sugar-free like I asked for (oh well.) I asked last minute for the fat-burning supplement added to my smoothie, which I knew I should've asked way sooner, but my cashier was accommodating and asked the people in the back to add it. Unfortunately it got a little disturbing when the guy making the smoothie told the girl, "I'll add in the fat-burner! JUST GO!" If you need to make any kind of alterations to your smoothie because of allergies be prepared for the smoothie to be horrible. I have tried it twice. I have also tried to let the management know my concern. I was basically told that every other tropical smoothie does it wrong but this one does it right, so I can order differently in the future if I want it better. I'm a person that goes to tropical smoothie frequently so I have come to love and expect certain levels of quality and service when going into their franchises.
