At first I was reluctant at trying a new base flavor but after trying it, I realized that I might have to start ordering it more often. I'm always looking for healthier options when it comes to food trucks, so when I spotted them, it was like a breathe of fresh air. I ordered one of the pitaya bowls, and I wasn't disappointed. It was delightful! I've been to the brick and mortar building a couple of times for the same bowl and each time, I'm pleased. The fruit is always fresh and chilled and the pitaya is blended perfectly as the base of this healthy treat. Could I make this at home? Yes, and I have. But it's not the same. I like to treat myself and I like a healthy option sometime. This place fits the bill.
