They removed the old tiles & the paper under the tiles down to the plywood and took away the old gutters also. They were neat and cleaned up at the end of each day. Any bad plywood on the roof was replaced with new wood. They were very thorough and efficient. New tiles were stacked on the roof. No heavy trucks were used on the driveway. No damage to property. To take all of his phone calls while walking down the street or hiding in the bushes of my neighbor's house is obviously a million red flags! My neighbor was upset by the way, that the contractor from my house was having a heated conversation with his employee at their residence without any permission to go on their property - and Bob and his employee were hiding in the bushes!
