Their…read moreprofessional and compassionate attitudes and actions made a very difficult and challenging situation easier. Unfortunately I have had to contact CSI more than one time and every time I have needed Joseff and Michele they have been there for me and handled cleanups small and quite large quickly and honestly. The discreet and efficient way they removed and cleaned up the aftermath of my tragedies without taking advantage of me in those dark and confusing moments of loss is why I will never call another company should tragedy strike again.

I need a biohazard clean up team on an emergency basis when a family member suddenly passed away…read more CSI responded quickly, with 3 hours, (would have been quicker w/o traffic). The promptly gathered up all soiled surfaces and properly bag and boxed for bio hazard disposal. They then provided deep decontamination and cleaning of all adjacent surfaces with care. I would highly recommend them to anyone who find them selves in a similar situation. Based on their delivered services their cost were reasonable. I hope I never have the need for their services again, but if I do I have no hesitation to hire them again.

Chance is a very nice guy who talks a fantastic game. On our first consultation he sounded like he…read moreknew the process well and gave some solid advice. His crew were also extremely good guys. Chance was always there to answer my text and or emails. However, the work itself was awful. Everything from the kitchen was suppose to be individually cleaned and placed into a box due to the toxicity of the fire smut. However everything was just tossed (literally) into boxes. Broken glassware among other things. Some items were just placed in random spots in the garage. I've been finding them for 4 months now. Nothing was cleaned well, most items still had the powder from the fire extinguisher. Staples were left in the wall, crown molding was damaged, paint was damaged from the tape used, and the adhesive was left on wall & floors. After everything was said and done, the toxicity test still showed an elevated level. All that being said, when I contacted a claim adjuster they said they heard of fides, and he does great work, just not for fires. Which was my experience.
