I tried the pineapple and cheese as well as the caramel apple. They were crisp on the outside with tons of filling inside and absolutely delicious. The caramel apple was my favorite! It comes off as a bit unorganized. Staffing seems to be part of the issue. There is usually one person taking orders and one person cooking, but the person taking orders frequently switches back and forth between cooking and order-taking, which slows everything down. Additional staff would make a big difference or better organization because there other two locations have the same number of staff and better service with faster meal prep. Another difference compared to other JB's locations is that this one does not include the free piece of Double Bubble gum in the bag, which other locations usually provide. The fries are often a bit too crispy and could use more seasoning as the other locations have on their fries. That said, the cheesesteak itself tastes amazing. I always order the steak with peppers and no mushrooms, and it never disappoints. The bread is soft and fluffy. You can choose between a half or a whole, and they also offer chicken, steak, and sausage options. Prices are reasonable and comparable to the market, and the portions are filling.
