Love Pollo Tropical…read more I always get the Drumstick / Thigh Kids meal for under $7! You get a regular size thigh and drumstick with choice of red beans or rice I always opted for yellow rice with the carrots and peas in it. Also a Medium drink and a Cookie of a day and the cookie is huge! The chicken here is delicious ROASTED chicken. The seasonings is on point and the chicken is cooked well. The yellow rice is also delicious not too salty it compliments the roasted chicken well. The desserts can be tempting such as the flan but I have not tried it yet because by the time I am done with my meal I am stuffed. I cannot even eat the cookie at this point because I am full. The service here is good UNTIL you get to the DRIVE THRU in which one of the young gals could not refill my drink from the window she asked me to go inside and get the refill in which I insisted until she gave up and finally refilled my drink. That lost a star on my review. They are known here for the Roasted Chicken so if you order outside of that then you are on your own LOL I have seen many diners order the family pack to go. This is the one close to the MCO airport btw next to Chuy's and Cheddars.

My husband ordered a #14 and specifically asked if it came with pickles. The young man taking the…read moreorder said he didn't know, so he went to ask someone. When he returned, he told us it came with lettuce and tomatoes only, so my husband ordered it. When we received our food, we noticed the sandwich was wrapped differently than expected. After looking at the receipt, we realized we had been charged for a more expensive wrap instead of the sandwich we ordered. We asked an employee about it, and she told us the order had been entered as a #18 instead of a #14. What was frustrating is that she was standing right there when we placed the order. Rather than apologizing for the mistake and correcting it, there was a lot of confusion and back-and-forth due to communication issues. Eventually, she brought out another sandwich, but it was still wrong. We had literally pointed to the #14 on the menu, yet she quickly grabbed a sandwich without verifying the order. This one even had pickles on it. To make matters worse, when my husband took a bite, the sandwich was cold, hard, and clearly had been sitting for quite some time. Mistakes happen, and we understand that. What disappointed us most was the lack of attention to correcting the error and making things right. The entire experience left us extremely frustrated. The kicker is it's been 20 plus years since I've been back because when they first opened I didn't arrested for the food. But because my husband wanted their food and daughter I decided how bad can it be. You ca only go up l, right? NO... it's worse!

This naturally leads to excessive wait times for food, both in drive-thru and dine-in, especially in the evening. Today was probably my shortest wait time - ordered inside instantaneously and got my meal in another 7-8 minutes. Why still come? There aren't any other Taco Bell's nearby (and there probably should be). And sometimes you just crave a mediocre taco. Bottom line: slooooow service, kind employees, clean restaurant and the food quality you expect from a Taco Bell.

It is usually extremely busy, which makes it slow, but since it was Christmas morning, I guess everyone was with their families (we had just left ours). Sarah happily took our order at the speaker box. When I pulled around to pay, she read my order back to confirm. I paid and she greeted us with a pleasant, "Merry Christmas!" We pulled forward and got our food and were on our way home. I have yet to dine in here because it's usually late and we just want to go home to eat, but from what I saw from the window, the place was clean and updated. When we got home, our food was still warm, but our fries barely made it out alive. I always count my nuggets and they were all accounted for. :) I noticed the holiday hours and was surprised to see it was not going to close at ALL for the holidays this year. I know where to go if I get hungry. I wish the staff that is working during this time a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

I showed them my confirmation email and confirmed that I ordered it from the right address. She then had to go into the system and find my receipt which didn't print for some reason. After a while someone here eventually started making my order but was definitely in no rush to make it. She then informed me that they didn't have any steak ready and then it would be 10 to 15 minutes for the next batch of steak to be ready. I told her I didn't want to wait and that they could just give me a carne asada instead. Eventually the carne asada was ready but that also ended up taking 10 to 15 minutes which they didn't mention to me would be the case. I don't think I will be coming back to this location. I was very disappointed with the service and their lack of desire to make it right. The meal also tasted subpar. The rice was pretty dry and they didn't give me much carne asada. They also did not give me any silverware in my to-go bag or ask if I needed any when they handed me the bag. You cannot get your own silverware at this location due to covid which I understand but they should at least offer you silverware or automatically put it in your to go bag since this is the case. M
