I hate giving low reviews. Even three-star reviews make me feel uncomfortable. But god, this KFC was horrible. I placed an online order, and they couldn't FIND IT. So I had to wait, plead, stand, stare, and completely go outside my comfort zone, to try to get any resemblance of service. The cashier, understandably, couldn't do much if they couldn't find the order. But I showed him the KFC app and how I paid, and we confirmed the address together. After about 10-15 minutes of uncertainty of if he was actually helping or going to escalate, I had to request to speak with a manager. Cue another 15-minute wait until she actually got to me, and she reluctantly gave me an order that was tangent to what I ordered - regular, soggy chicken instead of the crispy, and a random cookie instead of the chocolate cake I had ordered and was so craving. Like, I get it if this was an issue with corporate - but that's a problem between the franchise and HQ. Take the order number, confirmed it wasn't already serviced, and give me the damn food. Also, like other reviews have noted and I witnessed myself, tons of people just standing around, waiting. I used to frequent a KFC in Boston, and the wait times were never this crazy. It wasn't even that busy, so I'm not sure what's up with their logistics, but I cannot recommend this place (or any of the KFCs looking at reviews in Orlando). read more

It is often not busy at all and it still takes too much time for them to respond to a costumer. I went through the drive through and asked for chicken strips, they said it would be 7 minutes and I agreed. They asked me to wait in front and they would bring it out. I did wait near 30 minutes before I went inside and they said oh you're still waiting? (I had paid) I proceeded to watch them give out other chicken strips to people who had come in to dine inside while I stood there, waiting for another five minutes for my food to be handed to me and then the meal was still wrong. I went inside one time, and everybody behind the counter was just standing there, looking at me and they had (assumably) a manager come up to services me, but no one said anything which is out of the ordinary when you have a customer standing at the register. This one often makes mistakes on your meals, so double check what you have before driving off because four times out of five I've been there. I've had the wrong thing. read more

I don't like to give low reviews, but this KFC needs some help. We decided to hit this location after a late night elsewhere. Their hours showed we had about 30 minutes before closing time. However, upon pulling into the drive thru, the location was already out of the items we originally ordered. I personally feel that if you cannot keep your location properly stocked up to closing time, that's an issue. I decided to order from what the location had. The chicken breast I ordered was soggy and seemed to have been sitting under a heating lamp for a while. The biscuit was also older and dry. The mashed potatoes and gravy were pretty good, but the macaroni and cheese side was definitely old. At the end of the day I get it's fast food, but proper inventory practices and customer service were not present and therefore could not salvage this situation. read more

Beings food industry professional, I'll be as honest as I can be. This is the absolute worst KFC I've ever been to. I've given them multiple opportunities to get it right at least once. Over the course of several months I have visited this location a number of times, ordering something very generic and easily executable. My order has never been 100% right whether it was missing items, wrong items or over charged. Any attempt to resolve the matter ends with nothing happening because there's never a receipt. This KFC's customer service is awful and the food is not good at all. I went three times in the course of two weeks the service and food should have been superb at least one of those times. Each time I've gone through the drive through and when I drive up to the window I'm always informed that they're out of something and I'll have to wait 10 minutes for it to be cooked. I waited one time and when I returned home to eat realized that they gave me white meat when I clearly asked for extra crispy dark meat. If I don't tell them that I would like my food fresh; meaning wait until they cook what I want at that moment, they will give me food that's been sitting out under the heating light for awhile and it doesn't taste fresh at all. Whenever I'm in the taste for some delicious fried chicken I'll go across the street to Popeyes. This particular KFC had it's 3 strikes out with me. read more

I really hope this location isn't representative of the whole chain. If you order sauced tenders, they come dry in a container full of sauce that leaks everywhere. They're sometimes randomly "closed" even when the sign and lights are on and it's well within their normal hours. There's usually trash overflowing and drink lids or straws unstocked. The whole place is sticky, and the employees apathetic. If you really need some fried chicken, they do technically serve it here, but you're better off looking elsewhere. read more

I went to this KFC drive thru because i had been sick and was hungry and wasn't dressed appropriate to go into any restaurant. When i placed my order they asked if it was cash or credit card. I said cc. The person on drive thru told me i would have to come in and order at the hard counter that the drive thru cc machine was down. So i told them I would go somewhere else. I have been to few fast-food establishments that have given me the customer service that this KFC did. Not only was the employee extremely courteous on the drive-thru speaker, but she maintained her pleasant demeanor throughout the process. With an attitude as good as hers, I doubt she will stay in her position long, but I want to express my appreciation for Ashley (sp?) because her kindness put a nice turn on a day that wasn't going so well.
