It's a quick serve restaurant, and they do it just fine. Their food line? Fully stocked. End game? Tasted good. I typically do the El Pastor for my protein, glanced at their pork? Looked fresh. I love Chipotle. I feel like a lot of Chipotles have gone down in quality and service. Usually when I go in I see only one person on the line even though there's a lot of people in line. I have received low quality rice where it's undercooked, they run out of the vinaigrette when it's still 3pm, and no one seems to say hi or greet you. Monday night 04/24 10:00pm The female employee was very rude and unprofessional. I came in an hour before they close she did not acknowledge me for atleast 5 minutes when I wanted to order take out. She even said "Why do these people keep coming in , we're trying to close." I understand if I had came in 30 before closing, but they had a whole hour left. The entire time making my food she had a bad attitude. Also asked for a side of guac and queso and gave me half the container of both which I have to pay for. My wife just called to discuss the fact that they hadn't added her base of cauliflower rice which is an extra expense and that our food was cold and when we told the employee on the other side of the line that we weren't exaggerating when we said it was cold and had our food thermometer in it and the chicken was 76°F the employee said "you got a thermometer? Bitch bye!" By far the worst we've ever been treated anywhere. This all occurred within 10 minutes of picking up our food. read more

Chipotle fiasco! Today, I ask for kids Quesadilla that comes with rice, beans and meat, no problem. I ask for a Quesadilla for adults and the young attendant told me that I have to order that online in other for them to make it and is the only way. Isn't that such a bad customer service! You have it on your menu, you have all the ingredients to make it besides you are making one for daughter and you can't make one because it needs to be ordered online... Come on!!! What type of service is that? I asked for the manager and it was the same kid that denied the service. He's probably 19 yrs old at the most. Semoran Blvd Orlando, Fl 32822 No person to speak with about the worst customer service in this type of franchise. Decided to call Chipotle Corporates Office, 1-949-524-4000, it prompted to a message to leave a message that you can not leave because it repeats over and over without an option for customer service or leaving a message. I was in the mood for Mexican, and I'd never been to Chipotle. I still haven't; I had Door Dash deliver. My usual go-to is Tacos El Rancho, but I figured I'd try something new. I ordered the Paleo Bowl; my companion had the Burrito Bowl. I fully expected some heat (via seasonings) in my meal, and I got it. The problem is that the food arrived stone cold (the containers they came in would never keep heat in more than five minutes), and it looked used. You know those pretty food pictures on the Chipotle website? That's not what it looks like. When I took the lid off, I was taken aback. Chipotle takes false advertising to a whole new level. It didn't look fresh, and it didn't taste fresh. I didn't finish mine, and it's not because the Paleo Bowl was that big. It was just that disappointing. On to the Burrito Bowl, right? My companion said it was spectacularly average. That's not a ringing endorsement. I didn't pay a fortune for the bowls. But you know, I do expect to get something good for my money. In this case, I did not. You never get a second chance to make a first impression. Chipotle made a horrible first impression, and it's extremely unlikely that I'll ever order from, or even go to, any Chipotle ever again. If you haven't ever eaten anything from Tacos El Rancho -- and I highly recommend the taco salad! -- then you're missing out. No one has managed to unseat them; not Don Julio's and not Chipotle. This chipotle is brand new to the area and a life saver! My boyfriend loves chipotle, but I'm not always the biggest fan. Chipotles are typically a little out is the way until Now! I got out I'd work later than anticipated and he really wanted chipotle so I rememberered this new one and didn't mind since it was close. When we got there it was nice and bright and....CLEAN! All of the staff behind the counter tonight around 9:45 was AMAZING! So friendly and smiling! It was such a nice change! We both got bowls. He loves the rice and beans and they didn't have the rice but said it would be done soon but he didn't mind not having it tonight. For me, I wanted carnitas and they didn't have any but offered to make some fresh for me, and since it was late I said it was ok, and just got chicken and let me get steak too at no extra cost to make up for it! They deff didn't have to comp my meal just because they didn't have something I wanted so late. Very much made my night. But mostly more impressed by the employees and clean environment. I deff won't mind eating at chipotle as long as it's this location. Wishing it, and its employees success! read more

Disgusting. I got a bowl and when i asked for lettuce she grabbed the leftover pieces stuck to the side of the tin bowl inside the water. I repeat do not ever go to this chipotle they will screw you over with the carnitas to peppers ratio. actually they will screw you with everything. first off they had one person manning the front so that backed up the line. Second off the young lady that served me clearly doesn't understand that the base of the bowl needs to be covered with rice I literally got half of my bowl covered/ one scoop... thirdly it seem like she had something against me for whatever odd reason even though I've never talked to this lady in my life, because she then proceeded to give me one TINY scoop of carnitas, and three scoops of peppers. WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO WITH THAT. YUMMY $9 BOWL OF PEPPERS. and lastly I was going to leave a tip but because of all of these let downs, I WILL NOT be coming back to this location, nor will i feel the need to tip at a chipotle EVER again.....
