Looked pretty cool, she said to another guest she was practicing her makeup for Halloween! I started with the Blackberry Gin Mojito... I actually have a fond disliking to gin but the cocktail was pretty delicious :) thanks for the recommendation. I was also super torn on a burger choice so Kalli suggested I spin the wheel. After a few more minutes of deliberation, I finally spun it... spun it 3 times for it to land on something I wanted LOL. I ended up getting the Bourbon Trail.. not gonna lie, I was a little nervous but it was DELECTABLE !!! Bacon was not too soft and not too crispy just right, burger was juicy, bun texture seemed fresh and sandwich not TOO cheesy. Great choice and the French fries paired very well. I'm super full... it was sooo good I almost finished it yikes .. anyway, great service and great first experience ! And thank you again Vanessa for your patience. I know between my indecisiveness and pickiness, I can sometimes frustrate restaurant staff (or so my overthinking brain leads me to think that), she was very patient, sweet, and cared to help. Thanks again!

Our server came over promptly. We ordered our drinks. Hubby got his favorite beer on draft. I got Tito's & cranberry juice. The drinks were good. You get a large amount of breaded mushrooms. The ranch is good & thick. The mushrooms were good, but greasy. Hubby liked his Reuben, but it was just lunch meat. The onion where's weren't greasy, but weren't that good. My burger was okay, but was a premade patty. I didn't like the fries. They were the batter kind & greasy. No reason to go back since the food was just okay & greasy.

This place usually has living room likes seating areas, but they will move out of the way to accommodate the large Cousin Eddie RV area. There were lots of lights everywhere and a fireplace with a large nutcracker next to the bar. It's a very clever that they added ugly Christmas sweaters to the chairs at the bar and high top tables. So cute! They also have two outdoor patios with couches and tables. We ordered a couple of cocktails off the Christmas menu. I order the "Clark's Nipply Egg Nog" and my son ordered the "It's a Good Old Fashioned Family Christmas." I didn't try his because I do not like bourbon but he reports it was very good. And I did love my eggnog drink. For food, my son ordered off of The Omelette bar. You fill out the little form check mark in exactly what you want in your omelette and what you want for the side. I ordered the chopped salad, which is what I've ordered here before and absolutely love. It comes with chopped salami and cheese which make it absolutely yummy. We arrived early by the time you left the place was starting to fill up. Today was the final straw.... The tropical tea use to be one of the best and the past few visits, it has tasted as though it had an after taste like the brewer had not been clean (I know that nasty taste) When we brought it to our server's attention (Stephanie) her entire attitude, personality and service changed. She initially started off very pleasant but once we expressed our dislike for the tea, we were lucky to get any kind of service. It was like she took offense to our honesty. We were just being honest because we didn't want to get sick nor did we want anyone else to get sick. She asked if we wanted something different so we got the regular tea...same yucky after taste. But we didn't say anything (actually she had to see that we didn't drink it). We still paid for it despite not drinking it. As for the food, my veggie melt came out cold. My friend had the Dagwood and said it was okay. This was not a good experience and unfortunately, we will not return nor would i recommend to family or friends. This was probably the worst experience we've had at Keegan's Grill.
