I detest physical violence, but I hold Dr. Singh in such high regard that if anyone were to…read moreseriously grade their experience as less than 4 stars, I would seriously want to fight them. I don't mean to de-value people's opinions, man, but they would just be flat out wrong. Dr. Singh has several convenient office locations and is a pleasure to deal with. His surgical technique is unparalleled. I was diagnosed as having nasal polyps and a deviated septum. I had congestion that had been bothering me for years, and really messed with my ability to run and taste my food. After a consult with Dr. Singh, we decided to go with the surgical route, as steroids and nasal sprays simply weren't cutting it. He showed me what was going on in my nose, explained the corrections that needed to be made, and made clear what I should expect for the surgery and into recovery. If you are looking for an ENT who doesn't like to use a lot of nasal packing and you're in the DC metropolitan area, I'd say he should be your number one choice. Removing nasal packing is very unpleasant, but he's got the technique down. Three weeks after the surgery, my relief was so great it felt like I was stealing other people's oxygen. He's helped me regain my former 8:30 minute per mile marathon pace!

He's really knowledgable, friendly and listens to his patients. Honestly, the man is always upbeat and with a smile on his face. Most doctors need to learn a thing or two from him. Oh yes, he has top notch equipment and his office is pretty nice. Unlike some other ENT doctors with crappy equipment from the 80s. If you have are need of an ENT definitely check him out. Also, I'm only taking a star off because sometimes he is booked solid for a week and it's hard to see him.

Smh Pros: The check-in staff and doctor was nice. Cons: Dr. Williams checked my throat and decided in 5 minutes that my extreme breathing attacks could be cured with Pepcid AC. I had a ton of questions and he said he would be back with my prescription. He sent in an office staff who couldn't answer questions about frequency, when to end the medication, how it might negatively interact with the multiple medications just to name a few. I kept asking the medical assistant to speak with the doctor and he kept saying no and giving a ton of excuses on why not. Instead he insisted on trying to answer medical questions, many of which didn't make much sense. Pretty sure it's ILLEGAL for anyone outside of the doctor to give medical advice. I called the office 3x and left messages for Dr. Williams to call me back since he couldn't spare time to answer my questions...he never called back. I had a really bad allergic reaction and didn't even get a call back when my message informed him. I don't care how great the staff is, if the doctor won't answer my questions and give me the care I need, I will not be going back and recommend you go elsewhere.

Result was cancer in my left tonsil. I was referred to Dr. Joshi, who explained the trans oral robotic surgery (TORS) that he would perform. He was attentive, clearly an expert, and explained clearly how the procedure would be carried out. Some margin was too close to my carotid artery to be surgically removed--a course of radiation remedied that. I've been following up with Dr. Joshi and his superb team, and appear to be "out of the woods." I can't say enough about his care for me.

Being diagnosed with a tumor on my parotid gland was shocking and devastating. My first thought was…read moregetting this unwelcome intruder out of my neck immediately. I was told that I would have to schedule a complicated surgical procedure called a parotidectomy, and I knew I would need to choose my surgeon carefully for a few key reasons. First of all, my facial nerve was in jeopardy because of the tumor location, which meant a risk of facial paralysis. Secondly, a complete excision with negative margins was critical in order to prevent a recurrence and subsequent radiation therapy. Third, the tumor would have to be removed through incisions on my face, ear, and neck, and unfortunately, I have a history of scarring badly after surgery. I spent the next several weeks researching otolaryngologists who specialize in parotidectomies. I wanted the best, and I was willing to travel. I scoured online reviews and testimonials and analyzed medical case studies written by surgeons from Baltimore to Los Angeles. I even consulted ENT members of the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy because I wanted to get recommendations from unbiased colleagues in a related field. Finally, I conducted in-person interviews at university hospitals. Ultimately, I ended up selecting Dr. Joshi to perform my parotidectomy. Prior to surgery, he listened intently to my personal concerns and patiently answered the endless list of detailed questions that I had prepared. He never once rushed me or dismissed my fears as unfounded. Next, his knowledgeable office staff helped me get a date on the calendar, and I counted down the days with both anticipation and dread. Finally, the morning of my parotidectomy arrived, and I went under Dr. Joshi's knife. My tumor excision ended up being much more complicated than initially indicated by imaging studies because my facial nerve was practically sitting on top of the mass. Luckily, having Dr. Joshi as my surgeon was like winning the lottery. Not only was he able to remove it without causing facial paralysis, but he also left almost all of my parotid gland intact. In addition, his surgical margins were negative, so I do not have to worry about any follow-up treatment. Lastly, because Dr. Joshi also specializes in reconstructive surgery, he meticulously hid the incision behind my ear and in my hairline so that it is practically invisible. I feel extremely fortunate to have had Dr. Joshi as my surgeon, and I will be eternally grateful that he took my case. He is both a life-saver and an artist in the field of head and neck surgery.

She recently performed successful sinus surgery on our daughter, and, later, was available by phone for advice in middle of the night, when our daughter had an adverse reaction to pain meds and needed to go to the ER. It's not just one bad apple--I called weeks ago after being referred by my GP. Since I have ringing in one ear (not my only stated ENT complaint though), I was told that I'd have to see an audiologist first. OK, fine, but it was the condescending, almost cruel tone of this person that struck me most. Since then, I've called twice to make an appointment, and both times (different people!) get someone who, after confirming that I'd be a new patient, seems to *enjoy* saying that the first available appointment won't be until (x number of weeks in the future). What is it with this office staff?!

I knew it was time to nip this in the bud and after significant research int he DC area found that Dr. Wall was the guy to see for this procedure. I knew it was minor compared to the more advanced ear lobe repairs he also does but wanted the best I could get. Very easy to make an appointment with a friendly and helpful front desk stuff (who were very pleasant and personable in person as well). Dr. Wall was very thorough during the consult and explained every detail to me. I went back in a week or two later for the short procedure and a few more times to have the incision site checked/stitches removed. Now three months later, it looks fabulous - barely a visible scar - and I am looking forward to going back to have him re-pierce the ear. The whole experience was great and I'd highly recommend those looking to have a stretched ear lobe fixed to see Dr. Wall. I also felt the procedure charge was extremely reasonable and I'm thrilled I did it.
