I was a difficult case and they were extremely patient and thorough. A trip to the doctors is never fun, but it was as good as it possibly could be. DO NOT GO HERE. This place is a DISASTER…read more -After getting my initial allergy test, they repeatedly postponed my start date for my allergy shots for TWO MONTHS due to admin delays and errors. I even talked to my primary care doctor about getting a referral to a new provider. I decided not to because that would entail a new allergy test and paying out of pocket potentially. Against my better judgement, I stayed with Feldman ENT. -I've been mistakenly overbilled for (more expensive out of pocket) allergy drops instead of shots, which are covered by my insurance -They repeatedly had delays ordering the shot serum. This nearly threw off my treatment timeline and delayed me "moving up" to the stronger second year dose, despite me adhering very strictly to the shot schedule on my own end. (Meaning it nearly compromised my treatment entirely due to admin and supply issues.) -Now once I'm over one year in and locked in with working with Feldman, they've discontinued use of the tracker app for my shots, meaning I have to track my shots with a paper and pen. This has made it MUCH harder for me to stay on schedule. Go anywhere else. Please save yourself the stress and delays.

Today, I went to this clinic for the first time and was amazed by the customer service. I completed all my new patient paperwork and was taken back at about 10:45 for my 10:30 appointment by Meredith. She reviewed my documents, asked lots of questions and provided extremely detailed information. She also gave me a CT scan before I was seen by Lukas. He was also amazing! I felt like I was back in Biology class by the way he explained every single thing around my issues and helped me develop a long-term treatment plan. He also asked lots of questions and made everything so easy to understand. I ended my visit with Stephanie as she explained my insurance coverage and what my follow-up appointments would consist of. My total appointment time lasted 90 minutes. They spent such a great amount of time with me, and I never felt rushed and can totally understand how they could potentially run behind a little bit if this is how thorough they are with everyone. I haven't even started treatment but already highly recommend their office just based off my new patient visit.

Make sure you ask them what's billable whenever the nurse does anything around you otherwise they'll sneak in whatever charges they can and play it off as if it's nothing. I don't mean to de-value people's opinions, man, but they would just be flat out wrong. Dr. Singh has several convenient office locations and is a pleasure to deal with. His surgical technique is unparalleled. I was diagnosed as having nasal polyps and a deviated septum. I had congestion that had been bothering me for years, and really messed with my ability to run and taste my food. After a consult with Dr. Singh, we decided to go with the surgical route, as steroids and nasal sprays simply weren't cutting it. He showed me what was going on in my nose, explained the corrections that needed to be made, and made clear what I should expect for the surgery and into recovery. If you are looking for an ENT who doesn't like to use a lot of nasal packing and you're in the DC metropolitan area, I'd say he should be your number one choice. Removing nasal packing is very unpleasant, but he's got the technique down. Three weeks after the surgery, my relief was so great it felt like I was stealing other people's oxygen. He's helped me regain my former 8:30 minute per mile marathon pace!

He's really knowledgable, friendly and listens to his patients. Honestly, the man is always upbeat and with a smile on his face. Most doctors need to learn a thing or two from him. Oh yes, he has top notch equipment and his office is pretty nice. Unlike some other ENT doctors with crappy equipment from the 80s. If you have are need of an ENT definitely check him out. Also, I'm only taking a star off because sometimes he is booked solid for a week and it's hard to see him.

She recently performed successful sinus surgery on our daughter, and, later, was available by phone for advice in middle of the night, when our daughter had an adverse reaction to pain meds and needed to go to the ER. Dr Picken was also extremely helpful at the follow-up appointment, not only in terms of the post-surgical steps, but also regarding another medical condition that was unrelated to the surgery but had had an impact on it. She is excellent at her specialty and explains things in an easily-understandable way. She respects her patients: listens to them and understands their concerns... which makes her a model physician in my book.

It's not just one bad apple--I called weeks ago after being referred by my GP. Since I have ringing in one ear (not my only stated ENT complaint though), I was told that I'd have to see an audiologist first. OK, fine, but it was the condescending, almost cruel tone of this person that struck me most. Since then, I've called twice to make an appointment, and both times (different people!) get someone who, after confirming that I'd be a new patient, seems to *enjoy* saying that the first available appointment won't be until (x number of weeks in the future). What is it with this office staff?!

A bit of my story...and then today (02032020)…read more Wearing these two top-of-the-line, bomb-diggity hearing aids has been a big help on my cognitivity. Well, at least I think so. Over the years I have prolly spent in excess of $15,000 out of pocket on hearing aids. There was the last occasion four and a half years ago when my daughter initiated a "Go Fund Me" campaign that netted $6,500 toward these two very powerful Phonak Nadia models. Thank you! For the last six to eight months I found that if I pulled on my earlobe (to open the canal) and cupped my hand behind my left "good ear" that I could pick up about forty-eight point four percent of the voice I focused on. My lip reading is most superior; bringing my cognitive ability to about seventy-five percent understanding. Not bad eh? Life is rich and God is Good, All the Time - I'm not one to complain to Him for why I'm made this way. Brings me to today...My appointment at Johns Hopkins was set a month ago. I was guarded on my expectation for this appointment, but eager nonetheless. Cooperating with Rachel the Audiologist at The Listening Center and the tests she performed in a never before experienced sound proof (psych proof) booth, I waited with my wife for the results. "Mr. T. she said, you have remarkable language skills and your lip reading is some of the best I have seen". She continued, "You are a prime candidate for the Cochlear Implant in your right ear as it is your worst side." As she turned it and pointed to the new hearing test print-out on her desk. I reached for a tissue and just wept. "Medicare pays everything for the Cochlear Implant too." "Did you hear me Mr. T.?" She looked at my wife and said "Let's just give him a minute." That was Monday morning. It's looking like it may go quick as I have my CT scan tomorrow 02042020 and I meet with the surgeon on the 26th.
