There were two older gents having pints of Guinness on the patio when we came in, but the bar was entirely empty. We had a nice chat with the sweet and friendly Venezuelan bartender. Asked him how the season was going, he said "nonexistent." It's totally dead in the winter in Torremolinos, the beach party town. We didn't have any food that even, just two pints, one Guinness, one Stella Artois. Menu looked to be standard pub grub (toasties, burgers, chips - meaning fries - with things on them, etc.), note the chef is English, but the owner is Irish, and those two terms are not interchangeable, so we were told. There's a snooker table in the back, have always wanted to learn how to play, one of these days maybe. Apparently, there's a rather sizable expat community here in southern Spain, something about the perfect weather. We felt welcome and comfortable, def you should pop in for a pint.

He said to pay at the end. I had to keep my head a bit low as I seemed to be alone in supporting the All Blacks. At half time, soft white rolls appeared at the bar together with freshly cooked sausages and bacon. Patrons were invited to make our own breakfast baps, finishing off with ketchup or brown sauce.
