Their second location in the City Center and it was busier than the first one I tried (if that's possible).
Had about a 20 minute wait for Bar seating at 8:30 on a Thursday evening. About the same size interior but a bigger Outdoor area at this location.
I knew what I wanted and replicated my order (it was all so delicious!) from my visit at their sister location a short walk away.
Ordered a San Miguel-crisp and light. First Tapa was the Tortillia de Camerones. Shrimp, Omelet wrapped up and fried. Delicious with a thin, crispy crust and didn't disappoint (again).
Ordered Pinchos and they were all excellent again. The Octopus Carpaccio (so good got two of them) and Dona Marquita (Iberian boneless shoulder) stood out. Iberian Cojunudo was taken over the top by the Quail egg and the Floor Finger Sucker was a good mix of protein, veggies that worked.
The difference in this location was the service. Vanya (at the Bar) made my evening! Appreciated her approach and smile as well the complimentary glass of Sweet Wine.
Loud, fun atmosphere with excellent Tapas! read more
