Wonderful food and fríendly servers, especially Jhon who was great! Ordered the stuffed plantains as appetizers (patacones) which were excellent! The pasta with shrimp and salmon was very good, as was the pabellón with shredded veal/ternera. All around great place for a change from traditional Spanish food and tapas. WOW! This place is truly a hidden gem. Being mostly vegetarian, I felt after a long day of searching for a larger variety of vegetarian menus we found this Andino and I almost cried of joy. The staff is so incredibly kind, the sangria was the best that I've EVER had, seriously I don't remember what she told me they put in it but between three of us we drank two large pitchers. The food is incredibly outstanding, there's a vegetarian menu AND a regular menu. I was so blown away by everything we went back TWICE in the four days we spent. My friends that ate off the regular menu were just as impressed with their food. Do yourself a favor and go to Andino and meet the wonderful people that run this place because their story is inspiring and I can't express enough how elated we were after this meal.
